We had Caston Roofing replace our barrel tile roof about 18 months ago. We did our due diligence and solicited multiple quotes and called and spoke to at least 5 references each. Caston was very price competitive and their varied references were were candid and spoke highly of their work and workmanship.

Replacement of a large roof is messy work and Jason Caston and his crew took measures to protect our landscaping, driveways and pool and deck areas - everyday.

Recently we noticed a leak from a bathroom ceiling! Jason responded immediately and after a thorough examination it turned out our the sealing of our stone/coral chimney (40 years old) had finally succumbed to age. Water was leaching through the chimney seams. Prior to ascertaining it was the chimney and completely repairing that leak, Jason and his team did meaningful replacement work of a section of our roof which proved unnecessary. His company probably spent 6 full days in repairing the roof (unnecessary) and the chimney. He replaced the bathroom ceiling and repainted that room!

Needed to get some roof repairs, Ken and Jason came out, sent me the estimate by email, called them to start, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there (this is a plus since most contractors leave a mess behind)! I'm very happy that I hired Caston Roofing to replace my roof. Jason came out to my house for the free estimate, and he did a great job of explaining the overall process and timing that I should expect for installing a new tile roof. I was in a time crunch because my insurance company required a new roof, and I only had 3 weeks before the policy would expire. I didn't expect that timing to work, but Caston was able to complete the job in 2 weeks, really amazing! The new roof is flat tile, and it looks really good! Jason communicated thoroughly throughout the process, which gave me a lot of confidence with the company. They also did a really good job of cleaning up all the nails, screws and debris from the old roof.
Very professional, great work, new roof in 2 weeks, great communication, no surprises from original quote, I would definitely recommend Caston Roofing!

Caston Roofing lives up to their reputation in my neighborhood as the best family owned roofing company in the Crossings. In a one block span there are now three homes with new roofs by Caston. Best described as profesional, timely, courteous and competitive. The choice of shingles was overwhelming. I signed my contract on Sept 5th, work started on Sept 15th and my roof was completed on September 18th. The e-permit and county inspection were a breeze. The construction workers were respectful and hardworking, the debris was cleaned up every evening and the inconvenience was kept to a minimum. I am very satisfied with the end result. Highly recommend them.
