We spent a great deal of time interviewing several roofing companies and finally decided on Castle Roofing. During our interview process his foreman went up on the roof to do some estimating and found we had a huge crack in one of the roof vents. They sealed it for me. Knew right there, they were something different than the rest.

Willie is a great guy who explained the entire process to both me and my wife. We felt at ease knowing we were in very experienced hands. He has a small crew, isn't a huge outfit that will oversell and underdeliver. His word is his bond and he delivered as promised.

Excellent work and everything went very smooth. The roofing was scheduled for a week when the weather was clear, leaving me peace of mind that we would not be expecting any rain when the shingles were off. The yard was cleaned and the ""nails"" picked up with large sweepers with magnets on them.

I just got to say, you can't go wrong with Castle Roofing. Give Willie a call and you will not regret it.

I just had Castle Roofing replace the roof on an investment property. They also did my roof on my personal home. On both jobs, they showed up on time, finished when they said they would and they left the site clean. It doesn't get any better than that. I have also referred them to several of my clients and each time, they did a great job and the clients were happy. They are very honest and do what they say. Willie made a huge fan of me when he came back under ""warranty"" and made a repair that was caused by a plumber.

Willie is dishonest. He ripped off a disabled man and someone thinks he is ethical---what a joke. But he is slick. Our experience with Willie and Castle Roofing is a refusal to honor the warranty. We reported Willie and Castle Roofing to the BBB -- probably why they no longer advertise belonging to BBB. Anyone who would rip off a disabled man is the lowest of the low. If Castle Roofing repairs your roof hope it is done right because if it is not they won't correct their poor workmanship. As in our case, we had to get a totally different roofer to correct Castle Roofing's poor workmanship even though we supposedly had a ""warranty"".

The customer service and quality of the roof/gutters replacement were top notch. Willie did a great job explaining both what the insurance adjuster quoted and what would be the best path forward for us. He was even willing to negotiate with our insurance company directly if replacing only the damaged gutter wouldn't match our other gutters in order to preserve long term value and aesthetics. Willie was always responsive whenever I had questions and the work was done when he said it would be done. It is good to see quality work from a local Round Rock business.

This is my second time to use Castle Roofing. The first time was on my own house in 2011 and while I did a review for them at that time, somehow it has been erased so I will try again.

In 2011, I needed my roof done due to hail damage and called a few places but Willie came right out when I contacted his office. He was friendly, polite and professional and walked me through the entire process. He gave me an estimate within a day or two and we made an agreement for him to replace my roof. I had to put off doing the roof for a month or so due to working and some other circumstances but Willie always worked with me. Finally the day came and the roofing crew came out and did my house in one day!! I have a steep roof with several obstacles so I was amazed when I got home and my roof was done, and you could NOT tell the crew had even been there other than the fact I had a nice new roof!! I TRIED to find roofing nails and I think I found 2 or 3 in the back yard which I thought was outstanding!! When I mentioned this to Willie, he was disappointed because they try to get every one.

Fast forward to 2015. My father-in-law passed away a couple of years ago and we have been working on his house trying to get it ready to sell. It needed a new roof badly so I called Willie for an estimate, however I also called another company for an estimate as well. Willie had not idea about the other company and came in about $1500 less than the other guys. Again, Willie came out and walked us through the process as it had been awhile. We made an agreement and his crew came out and did the roof and did a wonderful job!! This time, we were at the house when it was being done and the crew was just as nice and professional as Willie. I TRIED to find some roofing nails and this time there were none that I could find.

I have recommended Willie/Castle Roofing to my friends and will use them again if we ever need another roof done. I won't bother calling anyone else.

My Husband & I Just bought our house a month ago & with the Torrential storm that came through.. we found out really quick that our Garage roof had a leak in it (pretty sizable in my opinion). I called Everywhere & everyone was booked out 1-3 weeks.. & we were expecting another storm!!

I called Willie & he came to my house right away!!! He was So kind & very informative!! He said he could fix our roof for us at an amazing price the next day or two!! He came back out the very next day to fix us up!! We were dry through our next storm!! :D

I was in a pinch to get my roof replace due to leaks and missing shingles. I got 3 estimates and Castle Roofing beat them all. They were honest, dependable and the workmanship was great. Willie and his crew just finished a total bathroom remodel. The work was top notch, the men did their job plus more, it was finished within budget. It took just a little longer than the estimate but that was because I had some special requests, which required some rescheduling. He is ethical and puts into practice what he believes and says.

Willie had been to my house before to asses potential damage from a hail storm and was honest and ethical in finding no damage. Because of that, I called Castle immediately after finding damage to my roof caused by a wind/thunder storm. Willie came out the next day and took the time to see what the situation was and what repairs needed done. The day after, my roof was fixed which calmed my worries that if another storm came along, the damage could be made exponentially worse.

I will definitely keep Willie's card and call Castle with any roofing issues I have in the future!
