Juan and Luis came out, did a professional estimate with no shortcuts or half repairs quoted. They showed up for the work on time, did a very thorough job and cleaned everything up nicely before they left. The company uses a state of the art internet based estimate and billing system which worked very well. I highly recommend.

We had a gutter coming off the side of our house. Castle roofing was very responsive and professional. They came out and did an estimate quickly and took care of the problem in less than a week. We would definitely call them again if we have any other roofing needs. The only reason we did not give a 5 is because we needed to be home for them to do the estimate and they were an hour and half outside the
of the range of time they said they would come. However they were on time for the repairs. The team was friendly and did a good job.

I hope everyone who reads this automatically hires this roofing company to do their job. I feel that it is so hard to find honest companies especially in the repair and construction area, and I am glad to have happened upon them through Yelp. Carlos came to inspect my roof and found that I had many loose shingles. Mind you my house is brand new, built in September 2019. Instead of charging me to fix the roof he gave me the most helpful advice I could ask for he told me that my roof was not installed properly and that somebody owed me and that I shouldn't have to pay to fix the shingles that were falling off. He and Julia are angels. I hope everyone realizes that this company has some of the most honest people and will choose them first.

We had a branch blow down and create a small hole in our roof, resulting in minor leaking. I reached out to 3 companies to get estimates on the repair. Castle was the first to respond by phone, set the estimate appt a day and a half later and came out to complete the repairs 2 days after that. The other 2 companies didn't even have estimate appts available until after the repairs had been done by Castle. I have nothing negative to say about those companies, but the timeliness and responsiveness of Castle Roofing along with a reasonable repair estimate definitely won them the job. Their representatives were very professional, friendly, and fast both during the estimate appointment and the repair. Would use them again.

I paid $90 to have someone come out and go on the roof and look at my pipe boot which was leaking into my attic and damaging my drywall below. Another well rated roofing company offered to fully replace my pipe boot for the same price Castle ended up proposing to ""repair"" my pipe boot, and that was supposedly 'with' a $100 discount if I agreed to them completing the work while they were already at my house. All I needed was flashing and sealant! I was very upset because I feel the fee for them to come out just helps Castle tie you into getting the repair done by them since they now have a $90 built-in price advantage over their competition. Their tactic worked on me and after some haggling of the price I caved for them to do the repair. The first time the work wasn't done per the work order (missing ice and water shield, nails instead of screws, no shingles were replaced), but they came out a second time and re-repaired it following the work order description. If you're moving forward with this type of repair just go for replacing the part and get quotes from vendors who will come out at no charge so that you can price compare with no strings attached. Or you can go with a handyman if you don't want to be overcharged and you are specific in agreeing on the work description and materials used. Also ask for step-by-step photos to be sure of what you are getting. Lastly I want to mention I modified my original review after Castle asked me to remove my bad review. This request left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope I don't need anything else done with my roof as this was a pain. My next house may be a ranch so my roofline is more accessible and I can do repairs myself and save some money.
