I called to set up a consultation and the women Carmen couldn't answer any questions like when someone would get back to me or services they provided. She kept saying ""I don't know that information"". I asked to speak to the owner or supervisor and she said she didn't know when they would return. Poorly ran business.

I was in the process of looking into getting a new Roof. I was working with Jeff Willis who is a very professional guy, who actually cares and works with you to help you get everything you need. I want to thank Jeff Willis from Castle Roofing. He Really tried to help me in this process. But unfortunately I wasn't able to secure the financing. Castle Roofing was very understanding of my issue. So if you are looking for a Good Roofing Company that cares about you I definitely would recommend Castle Roofing.

They showed up, gave a bid and we accepted. First day they were suppose to do the work they no showed. Second day crew arrived but couldn't work because of rain. That same day Ramon called and said they were NOT going to do the work at all and to get another company.

I would like to take the time to thank owner Renier Fernandez and his team for the outstanding work they did replacing my roof back in May 2020. I have waited a few months to write this review as I wanted to see how everything held up during the rainy season. The biggest matter of importance to me was where our shingle roof joined our flat roof on our Florida room. Renier met with us personally to discuss the whole roof replacement and a solution for incorporating our shingle main roof to our FL room flat roof so that we would no longer have leaks. Renier explained in great detail how he would use flashing and various materials to ensure a leak-proof environment. During the actual installation, Renier came out to our home to instruct the crew on exactly what to use and made sure the work was done to his standards. Prior to Castle Roofing's stellar job installing the roof, we had leaks for years in all different areas of our FL room. We tried rolling elastomeric paint, caulking, and foam. All which inevitably failed. Moving buckets and placing old towels to catch drips is now a thing of the past thanks to Renier and Castle Roofing!! I highly recommend them. They're awesome!! This rainy summer has been the best in years. Their 10 year leak-proof guarantee is another bonus and a sign they stand behind their work. Thank you Renier Fernandez and Castle Roofing!!

The best possible experience. Great work and they moved up my roofing project so I could close on my home loan. The yard was cleaned well afterward. Jeff the estimator was very professional and gave me a great price. Jorge the project manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The crew did a great job. Overall I highly recommend this company. We had a great experience with Castle Roofing. They were prompt, professional, timely, and well organized. Our roof looks great, and we have received numerous comments from our neighbors. They repaired the damaged wood and cleaned up the areas all around the roof and entrances for debris, nails, etc. It gave the house a much needed face lift.

I bought a house knowingly the roof was leaking and when I called them they came over right away and took care of the problem. Also, they're very affordable and very reasonable as well.
