Terrible company
Do not use them.
I used them to fix the leak between my two flat roofs. They fixed one flat roof, but not in the joint where it was actually leaking. They came out again and fixed it.
That guy that coordinated the repair then wanted to get paid by me through direct deposit to his personal account, and got very rude when I told him I want to pay the company directly with a credit card.
When it started to rain again strongly couple months later, the original leak was still there and when I called the company they started to argue with me and told me they have to come out and fix it for additional charge, this was not the leak from coupe months ago. I have reassured them it was same leak that was just never fixed by them.

Very unprofessional and bad company that is just out to making fast cash from people.
Do not use them.

We just discovered that our 20-year-old roof cannot be fixed, so we're getting a new one for $2,500.

Your roof is the same as mine and needs to be replaced ASAP. Here's how to get a new one for the cost of your non-hurricane deductible, probably about $2,500 like mine.

If you own a home with a roof at least 15 years old, chances are it has at least 25% damage. Why should you care? Under the laws that govern home insurance in Florida, you can replace your roof for the cost of the deductible for NON-hurricane damage. In most cases, the deductible is $2,500.

You read that correctly: you can replace your roof for $2,500. Some roofing companies will even represent you, do a thorough roof inspection, and file a claim with your insurance carrier while acting as your legal representative, and grant you credit so you can pay them back over an extended period at reasonable interest.

I have to say I was skeptical at first reading the reviews, but Castle does a fabulous job! I had a complete roof torn off and a new roof installed. My house is over 50 years old so a bit of a challenge. I got a little antsy as it took awhile to get the job done but because they are a great company-they watched the weather carefully and would not start until the rain forecast was favorable. They answered all my texts even tho I was probably a pain in the neck wanting to get the roof started. My roof is done and looks fantastic! The crew was friendly, respectful, professional and went above and beyond. They make sure and replace all wood that is rotted or questionable before roofing. They want to do the best job possible instead of hurrying just to complete job. They not only clean up when the job is done, they clean up daily after being on the hot roof and working hard they still run the magnet and sweep or use the blower before going home. They show up exactly on time and get straight to work and do not fool around -it is non stop working. One night they worked til nearly 7pm! Castle did get my insurance company to pay for the roof, minus the deductible. I would definitely recommend Castle Roofing. I am very happy with Castle. My neighbors are even calling to say how great my roof looks!

I was in the construction business since 1968. I had the misfortune to have Castle Roofing do repairs to my roof and interior. Suffice it to say, I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER use them again.

this company had me sign a contract that was not shown to me in good faith. I never received a estimate until I asked. My flat roof was leaking and they put a claim into my insurance for the whole roof. the ceiling was only leaking in small spots when it started. Now I have a large section of my ceiling that fell, sheetrock, installation and pieces of wood....... The insurance co. sent workers the cover and brace the area. Not so much CASTLE!!!!!!! Try someone else. I will....

On Thursday night we had a huge rain storm and my roof was leaking all over the place in the corner of the living room. The first ""we got was from Castle Roofing and construction, they came out first thing Friday morning and assess the leak. The field rep whose name I can't remember did a great job and was super professional and said they could complete the job first thing on Monday morning. He kept his word and they finish the whole thing on Monday. I would definitely recommend them!

This is the unprofessional professional establishment . I have been asking this company to close out an expired roof permit which they failed to close in 2017 and every time I'm told what I want to hear and promised that everything will be taken care of ASAP just to get me off the phone . I never get a call back and am still attempting to get a hold someone but no one is answering the phones. Highly recommend to use a different company if you need something done right . Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. replaced my roof said it would take 1 day and took over 2 weeks. After a month the new roof started to leak and caused severe interior damage, the old roof never leaked. Called castle and they set appointments to come out 3 times but no one ever showed. I finally talked to the owner jim lathrope and he said it was not his problem. STAY AWAY FROM CASTLE ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!!!!!

They seems very helpful at first... but never followed thru with anything they said they would do. Kept making excuses....shifting the blame to someone else. I was disappointed in the process and did not have them do the work.
