My experience in construction led me to pivot when the economy took a downturn. This situation inspired me to launch a Preventative Maintenance business. I started maintaining beach properties on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. I focus on exterior cleaning and lubricating doors and windows. I cover all necessary exterior cleaning and preventative maintenance jobs that should be done regularly. At present, we care for numerous homes throughout the Treasure Coast. Our services include maintenance plans from weekly to quarterly intervals. We can accommodate your cleaning requests as you see fit. I’m Joseph R. Mechem, proud owner of Castle Keeper's Maintenance Inc. I’ve enjoyed over ten years of marriage and have three beautiful daughters. Our family has lived in this community for over 15 years. Nikki grew up here, and I came from Iowa in 1999. We met a few years later. I was in construction until approximately 2008, when the building industry began to slow. This inspired me to open my Preventative Maintenance business. I started offering maintenance services for beach properties on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedule. I take care of cleaning the outside of homes and oiling doors and windows. Now, we manage hundreds of homes on the Treasure Coast. Our services include maintenance plans from weekly to quarterly intervals. We can accommodate your cleaning requests as you see fit.
