I have a background in construction, but when the economy faltered, the building industry slowed down. This situation inspired me to launch a Preventative Maintenance business. I started maintaining beach properties on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. My work includes cleaning home exteriors and oiling doors and windows. In essence, I manage all exterior cleaning and maintenance duties that need to be performed routinely. At present, we care for numerous homes throughout the Treasure Coast. Our services include maintenance plans from weekly to quarterly intervals. We can also clean your property as needed. Just reach out a few weeks in advance, as we often have a full schedule.

I am Joseph R. Mechem, the owner of Castle Keeper's Maintenance Inc. I have been happily married for over a decade and have three wonderful daughters. We have called this area home for more than 15 years. Nikki grew up here, and I came from Iowa in 1999. A few years later, we met. I worked in construction until around 2008, when the industry slowed down. This prompted me to launch my Preventative Maintenance service. I started offering maintenance services for beach properties on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedule. I focus on cleaning exteriors and ensuring doors and windows are well-oiled. Currently, we look after numerous properties along the Treasure Coast. Our services include maintenance plans from weekly to quarterly intervals. We are happy to clean your home whenever you need.
