Having worked in construction, I noticed a downturn in the industry when the economy collapsed. This situation inspired me to launch a Preventative Maintenance business. I began servicing beach homes on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedule. I take care of cleaning the outside of homes and ensuring doors and windows operate smoothly. Essentially, I handle all exterior cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks that require regular attention. At present, we care for numerous homes throughout the Treasure Coast. Our plans range from weekly to quarterly maintenance. We are happy to clean your home whenever you need. Please contact us a few weeks ahead of time, as we tend to be booked several weeks out.

I am Joseph R. Mechem, the owner of Castle Keeper's Maintenance Inc. I have been happily married for over a decade and have three wonderful daughters. We’ve resided in this region for more than 15 years. Nikki grew up here, and I came from Iowa in 1999. We met a few years later. I was in construction until approximately 2008, when the building industry began to slow. This inspired me to open my Preventative Maintenance business. I initiated maintenance work on beach homes, providing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. I take care of cleaning the outside of homes and oiling doors and windows. Currently, we look after numerous properties along the Treasure Coast. Our services include maintenance plans from weekly to quarterly intervals. We can also clean your property as you wish. Just give us a call a few weeks before you need the work done, as we are usually booked out several weeks.
