I have a background in construction, but when the economy faltered, the building industry slowed down. This prompted me to establish a Preventative Maintenance Company. I began servicing beach homes on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedule. I take care of cleaning the outside of homes and ensuring doors and windows operate smoothly. In essence, I manage all exterior cleaning and maintenance duties that need to be performed routinely. Currently, we maintain hundreds of homes along the Treasure Coast. Our services include maintenance plans from weekly to quarterly intervals. We can accommodate your cleaning requests as you see fit. My name is Joseph R. Mechem, and I own Castle Keeper's Maintenance Inc. I’ve enjoyed over ten years of marriage and have three beautiful daughters. We have called this area home for more than 15 years. Nikki was born and raised here, while I moved from Iowa in 1999. We met a few years later. I continued in construction until about 2008, when the market declined. This prompted me to launch my Preventative Maintenance service. I initiated maintenance work on beach homes, providing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. I focus on cleaning exteriors and ensuring doors and windows are well-oiled.
