Castillo Builders has been excellent to work with. Had a duplex that needed a lot of work and updating. Wade, Belter, Nelson, Sherri, Terri and everyone was great. True shout out to both Wade and Belter who I had the most contact with! They are both amazing. This company works extremely hard and is very trustworthy. They always kept me in the loop of any issues that needed to be dealt with along with multiple options to remedy a few unexpected situations. I will definitely use them again in the future for any needs big or small. You won't go wrong and will not be disappointed with them.

Horrible service, BRAD was supposed to inspect my house and assess damages, he canceled on me 3 times at the last minute. Had to take off of work to meet him home and never showed up.

He finally told me he wasn't going to be able to check my house and completely blocked me. Will never used their services

I hired them to put new roof on my rental property in uptown New Orleans and needed it completed within one month (by the end of July 2021). I was concerned it might not get done in time due to the non-relenting daily rainstorms, but we eventually caught a break from the rain and Wade got the job done in two day and came in on time and on budget. The roof looks great and the workmen did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I have also looked into having them replace all the old wiring in this old apartment duplex and the person they sent over to give me a quote seemed very knowledgeable on just how to get it done in just a few days and to consolidate electrical boxes and wire runs so that looks better after than it does now.

We had a very good experience with Castillo. We needed to repair our roof and wanted to match the existing roof. They sourced the shingles from Baton Rouge. We even messed up their schedule due to going out of town last minute. I'd feel with them again in a second!

Castillo Builders did a wonderful job on our roof and they were very reasonable. We worked with John Canamar who was extremely professional and personable. The team of roofers were quick and efficient. And after finishing the job they left it spotless. Also, our AC unit which is on the roof needed a new stand. There was some difficulty finding a new one and because of this John took it upon himself to make one for us and it came out amazing. We really appreciated him doing that. We will definitely recommend Castillo Builders to anyone and will be using Castillo Builders for our future projects.

Never received estimate after site visit and multiple follow up calls. Had a handful of small projects that needed to be done, so scheduled these guys to come out take a look. Took time off of work so I could meet them at the house and go over everything. The guy called me a few days later with a couple questions then never heard from him again.
Probably a good sign of what to expect if you do actually use them.

Castillo Builders are professional and especially good with communication. They do great work for a reasonable price and are very honest about the job. Wade breaks down all the different steps/ equipment expenses in his quote so you can see everything they will do and what it will individually cost. They have done a few projects around my house. I will definitely use Castillo again in the future!

We absolutely love our new room Castillo Builders did for us. They transformed our attic into a great playroom. Alphonso, Wade and Nelson were the best! Nelson was the hands-on guy and was here from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to make sure we got just what we wanted. Considering our job happened during a pandemic and a hurricane I think it went very smoothly! Kudos to Castillo Builders- we love our new addition!

They did a great job, my house looks really good and per usual, there were a few tricky situations that needed to be navigated that they handled well. I never doubted that the home would be finished as expected, on time and on budget. Everyone worked hard and communicated and I got the house I wanted.
