Our longtime roofer decided to no longer accept work on tile roofs. When I requested, they recommend a roofer for us, they recommended Cassady Roofing. I was told a long time ago that if a business's name includes the owner's name, it is most likely a good business. WOW!!! That is certainly true with Cassady Roofing. Chad showed up to estimate the job in record time. A few days later we received a professionally detailed quote, which we found quite reasonable. The crew arrived this morning as promised, & did an amazing job. Our previous roofer performed the repairs in the immediate area associated with the leak. The crew this morning removed all of the tiles from the top of the roof to the eves, & centered on the leak in our entryway. If you have a problem with your roof, I doubt you will find a more professional & cost-effective business in the area. We are totally satisfied.

They called me back promptly from my request for contact. They came out quickly to give their bid. They emailed their proposal the following day (compared to the guy that just threw out a big number and never put anything in writing.) They even answered all of my follow up questions! They had been recommended to me by two people and while I ultimately went with someone who was available sooner (which was appealing with another dump of rain coming) I'll always wish that I'd had the time to wait and have Cassady roofing come to re-roof my garage. In the future, when I need to do the whole rest of the house, they'll be the first one I'll call! Don't hesitate to have them out.

Very happy customer! I had a new roof installed by Cassady roofing and they went beyond my expectations. If you need a new roof, I would definitely recommend Cassady Roofing. The final product turned out amazing. I worked with Chad Cassady and he made the process easy and he quoted me a great price. Nope, not a satisfied customer. During tear out the A/C electric wire was nicked and a fuse blown. I was responsible for finding a repair person and paid out of my pocket the repair. The electrician said it needed to be wired properly, but Cassady roofing was on a time crunch. To date the issue has not been resolved.
Vents were closed up & rerouted at my additional cost. I was charged an additional $100 for the city permit, than what Cassady roofing paid. We have a pool with small children running around. Metal shards of the flashing were left laying around by the pool. One of the kiddos cut her foot. I trusted they had done a proper look at the trash, my mistake!
With the original bid, and the extras, it was terribly expensive. I'm having a difficult time writing the final check. $27,000 for approximately 1750 sq ft
On the positive side, the roof looks good. They were in and out in 4 days

Chad and Stephen and the rest of the Cassady crew comes through again. Easy peasy asking for a quote. They came out right away. Soon after I got a reasonable estimate. Chad was receptive to my questions and changed a few of my requirements. After all got cleared up, sent my deposit and the work was scheduled and performed over 3 days. I had just gotten new sod and was concerned that it would get damaged. The crew took care with the lawn. Overall great job Cassady.

Chad Cassady and his team are top notch! Prices are fair, and the professionalism of his team is un-paralleled. I have worked in the construction industry for 20 years, and I was very impressed with the entire Cassady Crew.

Day 1: Crew arrives on time, and within 4 hours, they have 2 layers of roofing off my entire roof, cleaned up and loaded in the truck. Crew was very respectful to my property, and even took care to help me cover up my expensive band equipment in the garage so nothing fell on it.

Day 2: Crew arrives on time, and quickly mobilized. They replaced all of my Rotten Eve boards and any damaged plywood. They were complete by 2:30 in the afternoon, and the roof looks beautiful. They cleaned up the mess inside and out and my property looked spotless. Bottom line.. this crew from demo, to completion only took 11 Hours, and just in time for the on-coming rain.

The best part is, talking with the crew, they have workers that have been at Cassady for 30+ years. The amount of experience they had on the roof is what really sets them apart. They know what they are doing, and I got to say, they do it well. This is a family owned business and you can tell that the entire Cassady family is on point.

So if you need a roof, go Cassady. Even if you have to wait a few weeks, its worth it.

Cassady Roofing has excellent service! This is my second time working with them, and I cannot say enough about their outstanding work. They showed up on time! They were efficient! I had used them about nine years ago for a previous home, and I had not one single problem. I, of course, called them back to repair another roof. I would highly recommend them. Chad is very knowledgeable about solar too! He gave me the best advice to repair my roof, and it was a very reasonable quote. When I got home, they cleaned up like professionals do. Not one spot of debris was anywhere to be found!
