We researched which contractor to hire extensively before going with Casas. They were priced fairly, but where not the cheapest. The cheapest appeared to not provide the quality that Casas offered. I verified everything these companies said, and Casas was the closest to my calculations every time. When we signed the contract, they were prompt in getting the service done. I did have a minor misunderstanding initially, but the company quickly made it right and I am satisfied with the resolution. I would recommend this company to others looking for a roof repair / replacement.

I messaged Casas Roof in the late afternoon and within 5 minutes I had a nice reply saying they could come out the next day and gave me two 2-hr slots to choose from. Carlos arrived promptly 2 minutes before the scheduled slot(Awesome!). We explained our situation and without hesitation he got to work to investigate our problem with our lower overhang roof. He even got out his drone to inspect the top of the house. I can't say enough good things about the fantastic customer service that Casas provides. They are my go to roofers from now on! Carlos from Casas Roof Inc. quickly responded to my post to have my roof repaired (broken tiles). He used his drone to view the roof and showed me everything he could see before starting work. He was able to find replacement tiles that matched closely to the existing tiles. Once he started the work he found some additional tiles that needed replaced. He also performed roof maintenance to seal the pipes/vents in the roof. (My house was built in 2003 and these need to have maintenance). He also used roof safe algae cleaner and cleaned my gutters as well. I have rain barrels and he sealed the rain gutters downspouts with plastic bags to catch the chemicals from the algae killer (nice touch). He installed a new fireplace vent as well.
Carlos is on time and there were no surprises at all. He cleaned everything up and left no mess. I would hire him again in a minute! You can probably find less expensive companies but Carlos is very detailed and does everything properly.

The pictures were after he cleaned the roof and applied the algae killer. It will take a couple of week for the algae to be cleared up. You should never power wash a roof :)

This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with home repair.

The last few weeks I've been watching my roof leak with all the heavy rains, I received one high priced quote, one price comparable to Casas, and I am still waiting for two other guys to come out to even look at it for a quote. I decided to hop on to Yelp today to find other quotes, since more rain is expected this weekend. It's insane to me that companies expect you to just wait through weeks of rain and tons of damage to your home and roof, just for a price quote... Aside from Casas roofing, no company showed any sense of urgency.

We've owned our home for 13 years. And have done every project, repair, renovation imaginable. I have dealt with everything you can think of (overpriced, subpar, late, no show, the list goes on)... And my experience with Casas Roofing has been one of the best. He came out within 2 hours of me requesting a quote. We went through several reasonable repair options, and he was able to fix my roof right away... AS IN, RIGHT THEN AND THERE. How many times has that ever happened to me with a home repair? Honestly, once...

I can't say enough good things about Carlos. He took the time to look at the rest of my roof on the second story (even though the repairs were on the first story) and helped me out with a few additional things while he was up there. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had! I would absolutely recommend this company, and honestly don't even bother waiting weeks for the other guys to show up with an overpriced quote.
