They replaced our roof after Hurricane Micheal, had a leak this last week. Called the owner and he sent a repair man out immediately. They fixed the roof and didn't charge us anything said the roof was still under warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

Rude and unprofessional. Came out for a roof repair and when called back because of a leak in the exact same spot, the reciptionist cursed at us and told us they don't offer a warranty, even though I have a receipt that said they do. When they do come out they say they at first they are too busy to do the repair, and then to find out they don't have the permits to perform the roof repair where and how it is located.

I went with this company after hurricane Michael. To reroof my house (I had them prior and they did a great job).

After I got my roof done though this time it leaked by the fireplace. This was approx 2 years after they did the job.

Upon calling the company they refused to do any work saying the warranty was voided due to past winds in the area of 60 mph, didn't want to listen, were rude and hung up on me.

Since then I found out the original owner sold the business since my roof was done and now they just want to get rid of any prior obligations from the original owner. Got this from a prior salesman who has since left them based in their practices.

I had years left on my warranty, but now have none based on this substandard companies practices.

I would not choose such a company if you want satisfaction and service through your warranty time and years to come.

In choosing a roofer in Bay County following hurricane Michael for re-roofing my residence was a decision that was made based on previous work accomplished, experience, quality, and honesty. All these requirements were met and exceeded by David Lewis and his team. From initial consulting and assessing the job, David Lewis project manager Ben Guise was present to ensure my insurance company was covering all the areas Ben identified as requirements to make certain the new roof/substructure would be installed in accordance with current Florida law. His presence in evaluating the storm damage/repair requirements, during the roof installation, and in followup visits to ensure the quality of work was up to company standards was most reassuring.

I will post pictures later. My replacement roof was put on in a day. Crew worked into night . The valleys are horrible when asked why valleys are ugly and water runs off slow. I was told new roof is California style. My husband nor I requested California style. I contractor looked roof over and said no metal in the valleys. Anyways after Michael I have a new roof. I hate it!!!!! I would love a new roof to replace the shady job. Never again 14 almost 15k for a roof we hate .

After the storm, Steven came by and gave us a quote that was in line with what we had been quoted before the storm, then followed through excellently. Our re-roof was done faster and better than promised. There was even work that we asked for that they found wasn't necessary once they started. We feel that they really over-delivered. Thanks for the great job!

Never showed up or contacted us. Waited two weeks. I would not count on him. The estimate was good but could not wait.
