Initially called Caruzo's Roofing for a quote for a repair of my shingle roof, however after having Marco and Angela stop by I was informed the roof was ready to be replaced. I appreciated them taking pictures and showing me the condition of the shingles and the layers underneath. They gave me a competitive proposal and given their rapport in the Bay Area market I decided to go with them. Roof was completed in 4 days. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend/use their services again. Although I hope I wont have to call them for another 25 years(shingle lifespan).

I set up an appointment and Marco (owner) showed up on time and physically inspected the flat roof . He provided an estimate within a day which was competitive compared to two other local 4-5 star rated companies.

He met me again and we went over his estimate, product and warranty. I agreed on the work and set up a start date/time. The crew showed up on date/time (0800) and went to work immediately. All of them were professional and stayed busy during the 2.5 days on my roof.

The only constructive criticism would be stepping it up one notch on the estimate format and final review of work. I had to ask an employee to take pictures/video of the finished work. Which was later provided to me.
During the inspection process, pictures should be taken of the roof and provided with the estimate. Pictures/Video should be taken when the roof is taken off and then taken again when the job is completed. This would really show the customer the complete process since I assume most of us don't climb up on the roof at completion.

I would definitely recommend Caruzo's Roofing.

Caruzo's Roofing just installed our new roof in under two days. Very professional crew, they started on the scheduled day, worked hard and cleaned up everyday before leaving. We got our roof, gutters and downspouts just as contracted for. The new skylights and a window being sealed got delayed but should be installed soon and we aren't concerned about that. Very happy customer here and would use them again for sure. Marco (the boss) is very polite and responsive. Thank you Marco and crew!
