I had some roof damage from the winter storms of 2023 and they were responsive and got me into their schedule quickly. They did good work and were reasonably priced. Will be calling them again if a problem should come up with my roof.

Tom the owner of the Carter Roofing and his son Dylan did an amazing job on my metal roof installation. They took the time to notch cut and hem every single metal panel at the leading edge to eliminate the need for screws at the gutter line. Quality craftsmanship in all aspects of the roof installation were demonstrated.
Their price on the steel roof was also super competitive in today's market. Highly recommend them for any standing seam room installation.

There roofs make me feel alive. My lady neighbor cane over and was so impressed by my roof we started dating. Now were married with 5 kids, i dont sleep let alone get laid. Carter roofing changed my life just with 1 great roof. What could they do for you ?

We needed a section of our roof replaced after a 56 mph wind blew it off. Called Carter and the very personable secretary got him out to give us a quote which was a third of 2 other companies contacted. The crew came out the next week, installed matching shingles, cleaned up the debris and left us very happy customers.

We hired Carter Roofing to replace our roof and gutters. The roof turned out fine. However the whole interchange about the gutters ended up with us getting a lesser product and charged for a more expensive product. The gutters we originally selected were seamless and we had to choose a color from a limited selection. We chose a color from an online site and requested samples so we could see what it actually looked like. The color was not even close to the online picture and we told Carter we preferred to paint the gutters instead. The gutters we ended up with have seams, a substantially shorter guarantee period and aren't what we thought we ordered. Carter didn't explain this to us and the indifference we experienced when we complained causes us to say ""go elsewhere""

I would give this jerk a ""0"" if I could, and I have never written a review this horrible. Since June I have been trying to get my skylights replaced. Easy job, huh? It is September and he will not give me an install date in October! He finally said he did not want to work for me and hung up. If his work is as bad as his customer service, expect water in your living room the next time it rains. Don't commit to working with this guy.

August 2016 Carter Roofing removed large 3000 square foot old asphalt/fiberglass shingles, added new gutters with covers, waterproof underliner an gorgeous new ""Driftwood"" color 40 year shingles. Demo, installation and speed on a high and difficult structure was done with expertise, courtesy, a clean job site and completely as promised. His employees went the extra mile in getting all the debris out of window wells, blowing the patios and leaving it not only well-done but better than before. Recommend them highly.

Tom Carter and his group are the absolute BEST!! They just completed our new roof and we cannot find one piece of debris anywhere on our property. Suzanne stayed in touch with us for scheduling, and upon completion, Tom stopped by and walked with my husband to be sure that not only were we happy but that he too was satisfied with the job. I would recommend this group for any roofing job in Sonora.
