Devon values family, he and his wife run this local business out of 29 Palms, CA.
He is responsible for public relations, visiting for estimates, overseeing contract signings, and handling payment collections. He serves as your main repairman, and he often steps in to assist the team.

Sean L.Doesn't answer the phone or return calls. Brand new roof has been leaking for over a year and they have been here 4 times to fix it to no avail. Last time one of the employees came to fix it they made a recommendation on what could be causing the roof to leak then made no attempt to fix the problem or even check for moisture to ensure that was the leak.

Philip F.As far as I can tell he has no permanent staff--he hires casual labor to do his jobs--therefore no continuity of skills. The customer identifies the color and style and the level of materials, then he purchases. He seeks the cheapest and least skilled installations (i.e no rotating ventilator), and he may or may not use appropriate materials. In my case, for example, he (his crew) used the incorrect length roofing nails. I had to have a new roof in less than eight years. That is far too soon, but both he and his wife (coworker?) are personally surly on the phone, and I did not need a personal confrontation.
I wish I had shopped more carefully.
