In 1937, Grandpa Carson established Carson Roofing Specialty. Later, Thurman launched his own company in 1973, T. Carson Roofing. In 2018, Devon took over the family business as Carson Roofing Incorporated.
Devon is a family man, and he and his wife operate this small business from 29 Palms, California.
He is responsible for public relations, coming to meet you for estimates, signing contracts, and managing payments. Devon is your primary repair expert, and he often steps in to assist the team.
You can rely on him for an honest, trustworthy opinion about your roof. With years of experience since his teens, he understands roofing.

Sean L.Doesn't answer the phone or return calls. Brand new roof has been leaking for over a year and they have been here 4 times to fix it to no avail. Last time one of the employees came to fix it they made a recommendation on what could be causing the roof to leak then made no attempt to fix the problem or even check for moisture to ensure that was the leak.

Philip F.As far as I can tell he has no permanent staff--he hires casual labor to do his jobs--therefore no continuity of skills. The customer identifies the color and style and the level of materials, then he purchases. He seeks the cheapest and least skilled installations (i.e no rotating ventilator), and he may or may not use appropriate materials. In my case, for example, he (his crew) used the incorrect length roofing nails. I had to have a new roof in less than eight years. That is far too soon, but both he and his wife (coworker?) are personally surly on the phone, and I did not need a personal confrontation.
I wish I had shopped more carefully.
