Around 1937, Grandpa Carson founded Carson Roofing Specialty. Later, Thurman launched his own company in 1973, T. Carson Roofing. Devon is now carrying on the family tradition with Carson Roofing Incorporated in 2018.
As a devoted family man, he and his wife manage this small business in 29 Palms, California.
Devon takes care of PR, meeting you for estimates, signing contracts, and collecting payments. He serves as your main repairman, and he’s not afraid to jump in and help the crew.

Sean L.Doesn't answer the phone or return calls. Brand new roof has been leaking for over a year and they have been here 4 times to fix it to no avail. Last time one of the employees came to fix it they made a recommendation on what could be causing the roof to leak then made no attempt to fix the problem or even check for moisture to ensure that was the leak.

Philip F.As far as I can tell he has no permanent staff--he hires casual labor to do his jobs--therefore no continuity of skills. The customer identifies the color and style and the level of materials, then he purchases. He seeks the cheapest and least skilled installations (i.e no rotating ventilator), and he may or may not use appropriate materials. In my case, for example, he (his crew) used the incorrect length roofing nails. I had to have a new roof in less than eight years. That is far too soon, but both he and his wife (coworker?) are personally surly on the phone, and I did not need a personal confrontation.
I wish I had shopped more carefully.
