When we got bids for a remodel in Plano due to burst pipes (infamous Texas 2021 freeze), CJ (Carlos, the owner) was professional and thorough, measuring everything. We received his quote in a very reasonable time frame and his numbers were nearly perfectly in line with the insurance adjuster's appraisal and my own calculations. Carsa started in short order and completed the job when predicted. CJ is a pleasure to work with and does what is needed to get it right. There were a few bumps along the way (there usually are), but CJ had anything that wasn't up to his and my standards immediately redone (subcontractors on the wood floor part of the job). The two main Carsa workers on the job, Francisco and Raul, were wonderful to work with, as I was onsite everyday and they are courteous and conscientious - they cared about customer satisfaction. Everybody I dealt with at Carsa was friendly and ready to help. The house looks really good now (it was a real mess). I would recommend them without hesitation.

If you ever looking to buy a home and need a roof inspection. CJ is the guy to go. He is detailed and does amazing pictures. He sent the report within the same day of inspecting the roof of the house I was interested in buying. Answers to your phone calls right away.

Carsa Construction did a fabulous job on our roof and ceilings. We purchased our home last year and our inspector did not thoroughly inspect our roof. With all the rain this year we ended up having 5 leaks and damage to the interior. C.J. came out understanding that we were paying out of pocket they replaced our roof and repaired the inside ceilings. C.J. followed up on the work always making sure the work was up to our satisfaction. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The drywall and painters did a super job on the ceilings. One of our ceilings is a 18-20ft ceiling and is located in the entrance of our home. His guys worked and worked to make sure the area was repaired properly and it looks amazing. We are extremely pleased with Carsa Construction. Thank you C.J.
