Just had major repairs to windows and deck and complete outside painting by Carroll Painting. Their work was excellent and the price was very fair. On time, considerate (of neighbors and my time schedule), polite and professional all around. I also appreciated the time that John and his workers took to explain what they were doing, and offering different approaches if I decided to hold off on doing some of the work. I highly recommend them.

Hired John to repair stucco, windows and paint the outside of the house.
His crew did a thorough and excellent job. John also found a health problem with the water heater (which my plumber came out and fixed).
John painted sections of the outsude so I could actually see what it would like helping me choose a color scheme for the stucco and wood trim. John was on top of every facet of the job supervising his crew.
John and his crew were extremely meticulous, professional and easy to work with.They went above and beyond with a few extras like cleaning the outside cement patio, cleaning the windows, painting the rain gutter,
replacing the window screens, etc. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend Carroll Painting and will use them again for future work.

This is my first time writing a negative review and I hope this is the last. We hired Carroll Painting. John had a subcontractor who did the painting and took care of patching, dry wall etc., It went well and we were happy with the work.
The problem came when John hired a handyman to do the plumbing work and it was a disaster. He said he would bring a plumber but brought a handyman didn't know how to install faucets and toilets. Anyway, we had leaks from them installing the faucet in the bathroom. There are too many things to list that went wrong. We had to hire a plumber twice separately and pay for him to do other plumbing tasks including installing toilets since John said those were not in the scope of the contract when he had agreed to do it before the work started. John was very rude and unprofessional. John or his sons did not supervise the contractors everyday so the contractors would come and talk to us and John would yell at us for that. He always blames the customer. John was screaming at the top of his voice in our home because there was a disagreement and wouldn't stop. We had to ask him to leave our home. I could go on and on... I would not recommend Carroll painting or John to do any type of work.

Peeling paint, stucco damage, and wood rot issues, Carroll Painting was able to repair all my exterior house problems. With a radiant paint job, the house looks new again. His team power washed the exterior, sanded, patched, and prepped all exterior surfaces, then painted to a beautiful finish.

This is a large family that works together. A father with three sons. The family dates back four generations in the painting business. They also are adept at handiwork which is something you don see nowadays and will work with you whether the project is large or small.
My husband and I had a kitchen and connected pantry with peeling paint and old wallpaper. We also had major water damage and cracks on the outside of the house, plus a pantry door with a doggy entrance that needed replacement.
We started with the kitchen and we're so pleased we went ahead and did the outside.
The work was done with care and the workers were respectful. They have sub-contractors that work with them but they oversee all the workers. At one point we had an issue with one of the workers being on time and they immediately changed out that crew to another. Nothing gets by them!
The father also was there a lot with the boys fixing things on their own.
When we first met them for the estimate I mentioned a while on our roof that was making a lot of noice that my neighbor complained about. They immediately got up on the roof and fixed it! During the job I mentioned how I couldn't open the sliding doors easily and the sons cleaned the whole thing out and oiled.
If you want old fashioned service from a caring family this is them.

John Carroll and his family and skilled painters and craftsmen recently repainted my bathroom, caulked around the sink and tub, patched and repainted other portions of the interior, repaired stucco and repainted exterior walls, repaired cracks in the concrete driveway, repainted facia boards, and replaced cracked tile in the kitchen. I have used them on several other painting and repair jobs in the past. They quote a fair price and stand by their work. Since I have zero handyman skills, they are great to have when needed.

These folks work for me doing lots of handyman work installing handrails in my shower so I don't slip grouting and ceiling the tile repairing some outside facia and painting painting all my exterior stucco and trim particularly paying attention to detail and clean up really like their work will use them again

This is my 2nd job with Carroll Painting. While they are primarily house painters, they also handle light construction and house repairs. I hired them to repair a number of exterior spots, on the facia, soffit and faux beams---dry rot and termite damage. They also repaired water damage to a window and shower. As usual, John Carroll and sons do a great job. Their team members on this job, Junior and Nino, are real craftsmen and all of the work was perfect. They are my go-to people for all of this kind of work, because they do it right.
