The best choice you can make for your roof replacement in Bay County Florida is Cody Bates and Carroll Bradford roofing. They do what they do what they say they are going to do, top quality and clean site. Above all else, they stand behind their warranty. A small concern on complex corner flashing, one phone call to Cody, he and a project lead were on site within 24 hours and took care of it. Good, honest people, fair price and top quality.

I recently bought a home in Port Orange which had been re-roofed in 2017. The new roof started to leak in my daughter's bedroom. We spoke with the previous owners to see who put the new roof on and found out that it was Carroll Bradford. Having recently bought the house knowing the roof was new, I thought that any repairs would be covered by the original installer. Shane immediately came out to assess the issue. He said that it would cost appx 1K to fix the issue. When asked if the company would cover the repairs he stated that they only cover repairs for 2 years on new installations. That was very surprising and very disappointing considering that the national average on installations is 5 years. This was clearly an installation issue and not due to faulty materials. It took 4 trips for Carroll Bradford to stop the leak at one point the leak had even been made worse and what was originally a ceiling repair now became a ceiling and wall repair.
I would never use this Company again and would advise anyone looking for a roof installation to be sure to find a company that backs their work for more than 2 years! Dropping 1k for a roof repair and another 1k-2k for a room repair sucks especially having just bought the home which we considered to have a brand new roof at 3 years. My disappointment is not with any of the staff or roofers it is with the fact that they don't back there work for more than 2 years. This should send up warning signs to anyone that is in search of a roofer. Additionally, from their reviews it looks as though repairs are a common issue.

Shane Amy delivered great service from the beginning of the process to the end. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Roof is now complete and ready for unpredictable Florida weather.

Shane Amy was a great contractor, he helped me thought out the whole process. The re-roofing process was really smooth and everything was done super quick, the installation was done in just 2 days and they took care of literally everything. As a new homeowner I highly recommend Shane Amy, he has become a huge part of the process of maintaining my new property on point and has become also a family friend. Keep up the good work Shane!

Shane Amy of Carroll Bradford Roofing was extremely easy to work with during our complete roof replacement project. Shane Amy was the ultimate professional. Shane answered all of my varied questions regarding roofing options, including solar energy promptly and with specificity. Shane was able to identify the source of our roofing damage/problems and work directly with our insurer to develop a plan to resolve our issues in a timely manner.
Shane's team from the delivery drivers to the roofers worked seamlessly together to completely resolve our roofing problems. The overall work process took about 3 days (during inclement weather) and I highly recommend working directly with Shane Amy's team at Carroll Bradford (407) 715-9563 as not all construction teams are created equal!

5-star rating for Carroll Bradford and Jason Milton. Our condo building was in need of a new roof. We received multiple estimates and ultimately chose Carroll Bradford. Jason Milton, project supervisor, met with us numerous times, and also with the insurance adjuster. He answered all of our questions so that we knew exactly what to expect for the job. Jason had an amazing crew of roofers. Seven buildings only took them one week to complete. They worked from daylight to dark and were extremely organized and cleaned up every day. Not one single complaint from any of the homeowners during this roof replacement. Jason, you did a great job and we are very appreciative! Maitland House Management Inc

They replace my roof...constantly leaks over garage they came back and repaired the ceiling by just painting over water stains not replacing dry way...My roof still leaks and i'm getting more water stains. I call and I get a manager will call you back. I never get that call. It's been going on for OVER TWO YEARS!!! I'm ready to take legal action at this point. During Irma, my ceiling was wet my insurance denied me and said this was due to faulty roofing installation. My insurance paid Carroll Bradford a year or two prior to Irma to replace the roof. I WOULD never recommend.

We used their landscaping arm to re-landscape our home. We made the mistake of using another recommend company to start with instead of using these guys. 3 shredded sewer pipes later, we called back up Caroll Bradford. Where the other company just sent their goons and the owner never showed up onsite, Neil, the project manager at Carol Bradford was onsite almost every day. The crew was the same every day, he gave us renderings and full plant lists to pass Baldwin Parks HOA boards. Fixed sprinkler issues the other contract never bothered to tell us about. They were comparable price wise to other contractors as well. It was a seemless, professional, and very good experience. I wish I would have used them from the start of the project. We had a great experience and are very happy with the final results.

Carroll Bradford handled my residential re roof after storm damage. They handled everything very smoothly, had great customer service, and the roof looks excellent. Removed and replaced my whole roof in one day! Mike Ruggieri was their contractor that was top notch! Use him with confidence!

Although they do install a nice roof, I question their honesty when it comes to working with your insurance company. I hope they treat non-insurance roof replacements much more honestly. We went with them because THEY were going to work with our insurance company and we need not worry about having to deal with them. That they did so we decided to go with them and signed the paperwork for our roof to be replaced at $22,XXX. After all was said and done and we got the checks in from the insurance company, Mike R.(from Carroll Bradford) came up to reconcile etc. The final amount for our roof was $29,XXX!!!!! I asked Mike how the price increased so much and we were never even contacted. He showed me that below where we signed they had the right to add any additional cost. For us it wasn't a big deal because we were only liable for the deductible but as far as I'm concerned and told Mike, that was total fraud and unethical. He just shrugged his shoulders. Be warned when dealing with them and make sure if you are paying out of pocket, that they honor the quoted price. We have a basic 2200 sq. ft. home.
