We had multiple issues with Carroll Bradford Roofing when they re-roofed our house. The biggest issue was that they forgot to put two vents on the new roof. Then when they discovered their error, they still made us pay a different company to show them where they needed to put the two missing vents. If that was not the end of it, the warranty roofer still didn't want to put the missing vents because the dryer vent technician only marked the roof where the dryer vent should go. I had to threaten the guy that I would go to the roof with him to find the second vent that was only a couple feet away from the dryer vent! Then he finally got the motivation to do it himself. I gave the warranty roofer clear instructions how to install the dryer vent correctly according to the dryer vent technician's instructions to avoid future issues. Guess what?! He didn't!!! Just to discover several months later that our dryer again wasn't working because he didn't install the dryer vent on the roof correctly.

That's not the end of our problems. During this whole ordeal of calling the warranty roofer several times to take care of this issue, he discovered other issues that the roofers failed to do. We were promised multiple times that they would come back and fix it. 8 months have passed by, and they still haven't done it and of course will not return our calls. Do not waste your money for such poor service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. From the moment I signed the contract, everything else done by this company was second rate, shoddy, dishonest and maybe even fraudulent. They broke my pool pump, left a huge mess in my yard, had to return several times to try to repair things that were not done correctly the first time. If I hadn't been standing in my yard watching they would have shingled over rotten plywood. Their billing and negotiation with insurance was completely dishonest. They took checks that were written to both me and them and instead of endorsing them and sending them back as I asked, they somehow managed to deposit them in their bank. That part is completely fraudulent. I never endorsed the checks, so the only way they could deposit them is to forge my signature or their bank is allowing them to deposit checks written to another party. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

One of the most important things I can tell you about Carroll Bradford Roofing, Inc (CBR) is that their sales representatives, Brandon Carpenter and Joe Palladino, are men who keep their word. They made a LOT of promises on behalf of CBR and they kept every single one.

We had a 20-year-old roof, and in the 6 years we've lived here we have had 3 leaks repaired, so we knew it would only be a matter of time before we would have to replace the whole thing. When Brandon and Joe stopped by and offered a free inspection of our roof, we agreed. After the inspection, they felt confident that our shingles were damaged enough that our insurance would pay for a new roof (minus the deductible). After filing a claim, the insurance adjuster came out, inspected the roof, and agreed that a full replacement would be covered.

The next step was to finalize the 'Agreement'. We have been 'burned' in the past by not reading the fine print, so we have become very cautious when signing contracts. Brandon, Joe, and CBR management were very accommodating with our request to put every little detail into the contract, and with adjustments to some of the language.

One of the key promises made by Brandon and Joe was that the job would be done in two days (weather permitting). As it turned out, they were done in a day and a half! The roofing crew was very well organized, and they worked fast. The first day they worked from about 7:00am to 7:00pm, tearing off the old shingles, repairing damaged plywood, and putting down the underlayment. On the second day, the inspector came out and gave his approval, and the crew was finished with the shingles by 11:00am! They cleaned everything up, did multiple passes with the nail magnet, and were gone by noon. The inspector came out the next day and said ""it looks like they did a very good job.""

In contrast, our neighbor chose another roofing company and, as of this writing, the shingles and underlayment have been sitting on their roof for 19 days!

At my age, I doubt I will ever need another roof replacement, so all I can do is tell others that our experience with Carroll Bradford Roofing has been great, and I highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever. What was to be a 4-5 day job took almost 6 months to complete. From incorrect shingles color to scattered nails which caused flat tires on our vehicle, to damaged fence, our 2 vehicles being towed because of their dumpster on our driveway exceeded time, and inspection failing twice after city came out. Also the false finance advertising from the beginning. Buyer beware.

The best choice you can make for your roof replacement in Bay County Florida is Cody Bates and Carroll Bradford roofing. They do what they do what they say they are going to do, top quality and clean site. Above all else, they stand behind their warranty. A small concern on complex corner flashing, one phone call to Cody, he and a project lead were on site within 24 hours and took care of it. Good, honest people, fair price and top quality.

I recently bought a home in Port Orange which had been re-roofed in 2017. The new roof started to leak in my daughter's bedroom. We spoke with the previous owners to see who put the new roof on and found out that it was Carroll Bradford. Having recently bought the house knowing the roof was new, I thought that any repairs would be covered by the original installer. Shane immediately came out to assess the issue. He said that it would cost appx 1K to fix the issue. When asked if the company would cover the repairs he stated that they only cover repairs for 2 years on new installations. That was very surprising and very disappointing considering that the national average on installations is 5 years. This was clearly an installation issue and not due to faulty materials. It took 4 trips for Carroll Bradford to stop the leak at one point the leak had even been made worse and what was originally a ceiling repair now became a ceiling and wall repair.

I would never use this Company again and would advise anyone looking for a roof installation to be sure to find a company that backs their work for more than 2 years! Dropping 1k for a roof repair and another 1k-2k for a room repair sucks especially having just bought the home which we considered to have a brand new roof at 3 years. My disappointment is not with any of the staff or roofers it is with the fact that they don't back there work for more than 2 years. This should send up warning signs to anyone that is in search of a roofer. Additionally, from their reviews it looks as though repairs are a common issue.

Shane answered all of my varied questions regarding roofing options, including solar energy promptly and with specificity. Jason Milton, project supervisor, met with us numerous times, and also with the insurance adjuster. He answered all of our questions so that we knew exactly what to expect for the job. Jason had an amazing crew of roofers. Seven buildings only took them one week to complete. They worked from daylight to dark and were extremely organized and cleaned up every day.
