A K.This review is for Santiago Carrillo Tree Service, they left a flyer at my door. I called on Saturday, we had a good chat about the tree in question, I followed up with a text where we agreed on date and time for the quote, with my address. He never showed. I texted asking if he still would come by, then he called me to say he got confused b/c he went to another quote on my same street and got that mixed up with my request (okay, not my problem). And I was like, okay... Then he just hung up on me. I texted back - I'm confused, are you still coming today or not? Then I tried calling again but he hung up. No response since. Very strange way to run a business.
Simon M.Alex said he would come by to provide and estimate, I drove home from work, then he never showed. Not a great way to run the business, my friend.
