Carrasco just finished doing our roof. They did an excellent job and it looks great. The lead man, Dario, was fair and very informative. Everything went just as expected. The crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.

Dario and his crew were amazing! He was one of three roofers we were considering. Many roofers tried to over quote the size of our roof but Dario was honest and extremely professional. He is an expert roofer who knows what he is doing. My father is a general contractor and found other roofing companies we spoke to, were not accurate in their measurements, and were not aware of the best materials available. Dario gave me great recommendations based on my needs including reflective roofing material that would not absorb the sun's heat so my attic would stay cooler. He also added vents to keep the attic and the whole house cooler as well. He coordinated with our solar company since we are having solar added now as well. He also installed a solar tube to have natural light added to our dark hallway. Lastly, he installed all new gutters and color-matched downspouts. He is very easy to communicate with. The crew on site was very COVID compliant. Dario, along with his crew, are extremely professional as well as courteous and respectful of our neighbors. Our next door neighbor liked them so much, they are now getting quotes from him for their roof as well. I cannot recommend him enough!

These guys are great! We were referred to them by a friend who is a general contractor who handles insurance claims. He said these guys were really good, went above and beyond at a great price and that they get all his home insurance customers roof work because he consistently does a great job.

We gave him a try on one of our roof and solar jobs and they did an excellent job. They removed all damaged wood and painted all new wood 360 degrees before installing it. They also do work in a very timely matter and clean up every day.

Had another client who was a true perfectionist and had to replace several large rafters. Dario and his crew work with our client removed the entire roof and replaced all wood painting before installing. This home owner was very picky and chose him and Incentive Solar over Peterson Dean and he said Carrascos did an Amazing job! Keep up the good work Dario!

I will continue to refer all roof jobs to Carrascos and will would advise anyone who is doing a roof to speak with Carrascos!

On 8/5/2016, Dario came to measure my roof for a complete shingle re-roof quote. After the measurement, I gave him a stipulation list for the re-roof job; when going over each clause in the list, his response was ""We got you covered"". He then left after telling me that I would receive Carrasco's Roofing quote on 8/8/2016.
After having received nothing from Dario, I called him on 8/10/2016; he assured me that I would receive his bid on 8/12/2016 at the latest. Then I never heard from him again.
Dario does not have to bid on my re-roof project, but at the very least, just tell me so instead of wasting my time and his. Very unprofessional conduct!

Not sure how great roofing is, but I can tell you how bad of a driver you are. If you're going to have your name plastered on the side of your truck don't tail me, swerve in and out of traffic, and proceed to cut me off. Last roofer I would suggest.

In need of a little roofing repair? Get ready to love Yelp! -- because you'll soon be saving some serious cash.

Even collecting quotes for this kind of work can be a withering task in this town; the climate is hard on construction and there are lots of high-square-footage jobs to run around chasing. Contractors either won't bother giving a quote, or when they arrive they seem to be auditioning for reality teevee. Wi-fi enabled sunglasses, freshly pressed uniforms, over-the-top promises of space-age materials -- and always that ruthless, unyielding certainty that there will be pricey repairs involved.

Fortunately we asked around and word filtered through to Stephen, an old friend with a lot of residential and commercial properties under his wing. ""If you want a real cheap quote, talk to these guys."" Cheap would be good, we thought... Just a quote would be nice!

Enter Dario, Dario's dad and uncle, and the rest of the Carrasco team. True to Stephen's endorsement, the estimate was below the number we'd had in mind at the start -- and a third less than the one estimate we'd been able to coax away from competing contractors!

This was a simple strip-off, underlayment and shingle job -- though Carrasco's does it all, does beautiful work, and apparently specializes in metal, explaining why their flashing and vent work is so meticulous.Their approach was little less than a military-grade assault. Absolutely professional every step of the way, with specialists appearing to do initial cleanup, another team dropped in for the bulk of it, journeyman carpenters on the repairs. Finally, a cleaning of the whole property, making it hard to tell whether any construction even taken place! Impeccable.

Again, to quote Stephen, ""If you want a real cheap quote, talk to these guys.""

Totally, totally faultless.
