We at Carolina Custom Roofing & Maintenance are available and eager to help with your roofing repairs and home exterior maintenance. What is Tommy particularly skilled in? Fixing roofs! If you observe brown spots on your ceiling, shingles that are missing, water running down your wall in the rain, or a drooping popcorn ceiling, it’s time for Tommy to investigate. If you have attic space, he will enter to look for internal problems and help identify the leak's source. If the attic isn’t accessible, he will examine the areas above the leak to figure out where to begin, then inform you of the necessary steps. When you’re ready, we can set up your service quickly. If possible, we can offer service on the same day! We aim to take care of your concerns because we appreciate your home as much as you do!

After 20 years in the roofing industry with other companies, Tommy and I felt it was time to leverage his skills properly. So, we decided to take a chance and establish our own roofing and maintenance firm. Sadly, we had to postpone our plans due to the pandemic. Ultimately, in December 2020, we launched our business and have been happily serving our community and neighbors ever since.

Like any new venture, we’ve had to navigate some challenges to gain visibility for our company. Yet, the positive aspect is that we’ve connected with fantastic people throughout our journey, and we are eager to keep growing to support others. We know the stress and concern that arise when repairs or replacements are necessary, so we want to help ease those feelings by providing support in any way we can. Our team may be small, but together we are powerful!

We can’t wait to partner with you! Tommy is a native of Lexington County, SC. He started in the roofing field more than 22 years ago and has been with three different roofing firms, learning a great deal from each. His professionalism, sharp attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-notch work set him apart. You can trust his work because he doesn’t just explain the issue; he’s the one resolving it.
