Carolina Custom Roofing & Maintenance is here and prepared to assist with your roof repair and exterior home upkeep needs. What does Tommy excel at? Roof repairs! Should you notice brown patches on your ceiling, absent shingles, water streaming down your wall when it rains, or a sagging popcorn ceiling, it’s time for Tommy to assess the problem. If attic space is available, he will inspect it to find internal issues and help determine where the leak is coming from. If the attic isn’t accessible, he will examine the areas above the leak to figure out where to begin, then inform you of the necessary steps. And if you’re ready, we can schedule your service as soon as possible. If feasible, we can provide same-day service! We aim to take care of your concerns because we appreciate your home as much as you do!

After 20 years in the roofing industry with other companies, Tommy and I felt it was time to leverage his skills properly. So, we decided to take a chance and establish our own roofing and maintenance firm. Unfortunately, we faced delays due to the pandemic. Finally, in December 2020, we officially opened our doors and have been proudly serving our community and neighbors for the past two years.

As with any startup, we’ve faced hurdles to get our business recognized. Yet, the positive aspect is that we’ve connected with fantastic people throughout our journey, and we are eager to keep growing to support others. We recognize the anxiety and frustration that accompany the need for repairs or replacements, so we strive to ease those worries by helping however possible. While we may be a smaller team, we are mighty when united!

We are excited about the opportunity to work with you! Tommy is a native of Lexington County, SC. He started in the roofing field more than 22 years ago and has been with three different roofing firms, learning a great deal from each. His professionalism, keen eye for detail, and dedication to providing high-quality work distinguish him from others. You can trust his work because he doesn’t just explain the issue; he’s the one resolving it. He’s not just the owner; he is our lead technician—dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy.
