We at Carolina Custom Roofing & Maintenance are available and eager to help with your roofing repairs and home exterior maintenance. What does Tommy excel at? Roofing repairs! Should you notice brown patches on your ceiling, absent shingles, water streaming down your wall when it rains, or a sagging popcorn ceiling, it’s time for Tommy to assess the problem. If you have attic space, he will enter to look for internal problems and help identify the leak's source. If the attic isn’t accessible, he will examine the areas above the leak to figure out where to begin, then inform you of the necessary steps. When you’re ready, we can set up your service quickly. If feasible, we can provide same-day service! We aim to take care of your concerns because we appreciate your home as much as you do!

Following 20 years of working for various roofing companies, Tommy and I concluded it was time to put his expertise to good use. So, we decided to take a chance and establish our own roofing and maintenance firm. Unfortunately, we faced delays due to the pandemic. Finally, in December 2020, we officially opened our doors and have been proudly serving our community and neighbors for the past two years.

As with any startup, we’ve faced hurdles to get our business recognized. However, the bright side is that we’ve met wonderful people along the way, and we are driven to continue growing to assist others. We know the stress and concern that arise when repairs or replacements are necessary, so we want to help ease those feelings by providing support in any way we can. Though our team is compact, we are strong together!

We are excited about the opportunity to work with you! Tommy grew up in Lexington County, SC. He entered the roofing industry more than 22 years ago and has experience with three different roofing companies, where he acquired valuable insights. His professionalism, keen eye for detail, and dedication to providing high-quality work distinguish him from others. You can rely on his work because he’s not just telling you what the problem is; he’s the one fixing it. He’s not only the owner; he is also our lead technician—diligent, trustworthy, and dependable.
