Carlton responded immediately to my call for help: a leaking roof over my Florida Room that was now dripping onto my pet birds. The leak had persisted for nearly 2 years. Carlton was the fourth contractor attempting to fix it. He came the same day I made first contact. He diagnosed the problem immediately, explained what the problem was, explained what the contractors before him (2 general, 1 roofer) had done wrong, explained how he would fix it, explained the 1-year warranty and gave me a fair guesstimate of the price. The next day, I received the formal estimate. Although he was very busy after days of heavy rain delaying his other scheduled jobs, he came within 1 week to take care of my small job. That was in June. We are now in the last days of August and have had plenty of rain. No leakage. An extra bonus: the mysterious leak by one of my windows (the leak no one could diagnose or fix) was also miraculously cured once Carlton properly repaired my roof. He is great at what he does, fair and honest. I highly recommend.
