I had a roof leek and wanted to repair before a minor leak turned into a major leak with other complications. Carlos responded quickly to ce out for an estimate. He showed me pictures of the issues he detected and explained in detail. I got three bids altogether. All the estimators agreed and described the same issue. Carlos was out the following week to make the repairs. After completion he again showed me pictures of all the completed work and reexplained what he did. While I cannot know until our next rainstorms come, I am confident he did a good job. I would recommend to include Carlos in your job bid process.

I needed the 5 burner stove / oven cleaned in a rental property, Carlos gave a fair estimate for what it would cost and I hired him for the job.

He and his associate arrived on time, and when they were finished the stove looked brand new again.

I was very impressed with the results they provided, they made it cleaner than I would have thought possible.

They were professional, friendly, respectful of the property, and were very careful doing the work, when finished they cleaned up the work area beyond what I expected.

Very happy with the roofing work that Carlos did on our house. He was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problems (and showed pictures to me) and then purchase new tiles and fix everything up. We asked Carlos to fix our garage door that was destroyed by someone trying to break into our house. Carlos provided a quote, came over a few hours later and installed the door to make sure we had one working overnight. He then came over the weekend and finished the paint and trim job. Excellent job and excellent service. Would use him on other projects around the house.
