We asked Carlos to fix our garage door that was destroyed by someone trying to break into our house. Carlos provided a quote, came over a few hours later and installed the door to make sure we had one working overnight. He then came over the weekend and finished the paint and trim job. Excellent job and excellent service. Would use him on other projects around the house.

Carlos responded faster than our roofer after several clay tiles were blown off by storms. He surveyed our roof, taking pictures of the damaged tiles. Did a great job, making all the needed repairs, including taking pictures of the work for us. He's now my go-to guy for anything I need done at my rental property.

Had Carlos come out to fix some of the broken and loose tiles on my roof. He quoted me a good price, did the work in a timely manner and provided pictures of the work to me when the job was completed. He did show up a little later than the agreed upon time, and I wish he reached out to tell me he was running late, but he was responsive when I reached out about when he would arrived and did the work in a very timely manner. Plus he was up front about cost which was very beneficial as I work on a very short schedule and can't always been around for a quote and then work.
