I began working in the roofing industry during my high school summers, thanks to my father, 40 years ago! Once I finished school, I came on board full-time, even though he tried to talk me out of it. (Kids!). He taught me the importance of hard work, caring for customers and employees, and success will follow. And it has; we’ve been thriving ever since! Now, my son is eager to step in and take the reins. Although I try to persuade him to stay in the Coast Guard, he wants to help me! I enjoy my work and encounter wonderful people daily!
