I've used them at work, and the workmanship didn't seem to last long. Made the mistake of using them for a roof repair on my home. Two years later, the exact same place is leaking again. Even though their warranty is only a very short 6 months (should be a clue to substandard workmanship), I did contact them to see if they would be conscious and fix their work. No go. Paying for the same repair twice.

Cardinal Roofing provided a quote of $3000 to repair my roof saying the original roofer did not fix the roof properly. After paying $3000 to cardinal , I still have issues with the roof where they fixed. When reported the problem , they mentioned they needed another $1900 to fix the issue. I will never use them in future.

Horribly dishonest company. Bait and switch masters. Cardinal Roofing wrote a $1900 estimate to repair a small porch roof that had been damaged. After repairing it a month late I received a bill for nearly $3000. No phone call or explanation just a bill after it was done. I called the owner Roger to question the bill and I asked -who authorized any additional work ? Roger literally screamed at me saying ""he didn't need any authorization because I signed the estimate"" He further stated ""he would come after me and get his money & put a lien on my house"" The estimate Cardinal Roofing wrote clearly said the $1900 was for all labor and materials needed to repair the roof. The extra $1000 was for wood (they say) that was needed to complete the repair. However the cracked, broken and damaged wood was clearly visible at the time Cardinal Roofing inspected the roof and wrote the estimate. Professionals do not miss on an estimate by 50%. Unless it's to get the job and the price gouge after the fact. Seriously.....how do you people sleep at night?

We've used Cardinal Roofing many times. They have repaired the roofs of three homes we've owned. They have always given us the best service, in the most timely fashion for a price that couldn't be matched by competitors.

Our last home sale was on hold because the inspector said we needed a new roof. Cardinal roofing came out, told us we still had years on the roof, performed a few small fixes and our deal was closed the following week.

We will never use another roofing company!

Cardinal Roofing is a classy, honest, dignified and service oriented and great work ethic company! They are local to BRANDON and give back to the community so well! They address all issues we present.
We were VERY impressed at their timely commencement of the job and the completed practical finish date.
Our home has five different roofs on it, each day this crew of perfectionism worked---which by the way was early to rise and until sunset---when they departed, the work area was pristine for the next day...like they were never there! So grateful for the job site being clean each day!
The work on the roof was amazing, we asked them to please let us know about any bad wood up there, and they did show us those bad boards. We were happy to replace them --they were SO bad. Their skill level was very high as they did an amazing job on our flashing and trim work and all of our vents!
The lines of the placement of shingles, the perfectionism of FLASHING which is huge on our home, all done exactly as we wished.
What a difference this company makes; from discussing our roof with Bridget --the main gal--to having the Owner Roger stop over to check the site, to having Hector as the lead...such a pleasure...in this day and age, a company like this is hard to come by!
Our roof looks so good, honestly, people that drive by are viewing our home!! Wow!
After interviewing a few companies, Thank you Cardinal, we are grateful we chose you!!! We very highly recommend this company for any type of roofing!

Cardinal Roofing rocks! The team came out and fixed our roof from a previous roofer and they put a chimney cap on. Thank you for taking care of our problem quickly and professionally. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cardinal roofing. After noticing some water damage to our floors, we initially thought there was water seepage from the floor area, however, after a thorough inspection by Cardinal roofing, it was determined that there were leaks in the roof and the roof needed to be replaced. Had it not been for the professional staff at Cardinal roofing, we would have simply fixed the floors instead of the root of the problem, which was pure faulty roof. Thank you to Bridget and Roger for their efficient and professional services.

I had a similar experience with Cardinal Roofing to the other reviewer. We had a leak in our roof that caused some celing damage back in May. Cardinal roofing came out and fixed the leak (which took approximately 10-15 min, costing close to $400). I then had to hire a company to come out and fix the water damage to the roof. Four months later, the ceiling damge recurred. I called Cardinal roofing who came out and apparently fixed the roof again. After the ""re-repair"" , I realized they didn't fix the ceiling damage. So I called and talked to the owner, Roger, who basically told me that the warranty only covers the roof, nothing else. He said that even though they likely repaired the roof improperly, or misjudged the repair, the ceiling damage was not their fault. He told me they are not insured and they can't just repair everything that gets damaged under an old roof. Either the owner of cardinal roofing is slow, or he is a terrible business man. I told Roger that I would be filing a BBB complaint and he said to go right ahead. Do yourself a favor and find another roofing company.

Don't get stuck with immoral amateurs who won't back up their work!

When Cardinal replaced my roof I initially thought that they did a great job. However there were problems after a few months. They had failed to replace a diverter that was on my old roof causing a stream of water to hit the side of my house and get into the stucco. That's when I found out that they do not honor their warranty. After repeated calls I finally got them to come out and look at the problem. Instead of fixing it they sent me a bill for the visit and refused to make the repair. I hired someone else to make the repair because the damage was getting worse. To add insult to injury, Cardinal is still trying to collect on their bill for coming to look at the damage even though they would not fix their mistake. Why do they have to be so dishonest?
