I had a dripping chimney in my bedroom and during rainy months, we could not sleep there because of the irritating dripping sound. I called Cardinal roofing in October 2010 for the problem and they recommended some other improvements in the roof as well which would address the leak and charged $2k for all the fixes. We paid without negotiating on the price and waiting for the next rains.

Well the very next rains, the dripping was still there. So I called them back and they did something to fix it. However, as soon as it rained in October 2011, the dripping problem was back! I called Cardinal roofing to come and take a look at the problem and they promised that they would send some one. 3 weeks later I reminded them again and once again they said that someone would come and look at it within a week. Well, it has been more than a week and no one has showed up and moreover, they have stopped answering my phone calls and do not return my messages.
