We interviewed a roofing contractor, but the representative hurried us into a decision and didn’t take the time to clarify the process or repairs needed. We chose to work with another roofing company, whose salesperson seemed trustworthy, yet they fell short in customer service. This led us to establish our own business, prioritizing customer service above all. We approach our customers as partners, not merely as sales targets. We are committed to education and integrity. Mr. Herrera holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Monterrey Tech in Mexico. He is currently pursuing certification as a Project Manager through PMI. He is married and has one son. His experience includes logistics in various international firms, real estate and mortgage sectors, insurance claims expertise, project management, and roofing and general contracting services.
