During a heavy rain storm in January,I phoned Richard as water was dripping down my walls. He had an employee in my area who he said could stop by. Sure enough within 45 minutes his man arrived, climbed up on my two story home to inspect the problem, took photos and gave me his assessment...all during the rain coming down. Awesome.

Two days later, Richard sent me a detailed report on his findings along with his contract and pricing. Within 10 days he had his team repairing the roof, installing new tiles and performing other necessary maintenance.

Upon completion of the work,the contacted me regarding payment and discussed the repairs and future maintenance.

A testimony to his integrity and character was the reduction in his contract price of a substantial amount, as the original contract estimate didn't require the repairs thought would be needed.
