We just got our new roof installed by Capstone roofing and they did a great job! The work exceeded our expectations and that is saying a lot. From the beginning when we first met Bill to get a quote for replacing the roof, all the way through to the completion of the work, we were very pleased. Unlike a number of other salesmen who came to our home, Bill was on-time, he came prepared with brochures and samples, and most importantly - he did not try to over-sell us with expensive add-on's we didn't need. The new roof was installed by a crew of guys who clearly knew what they were doing, they all worked well together, and they all seemed to genuinely care about doing a professional job - something you rarely see these days. I was especially impressed as I watched one of the crew prepare the roof jacks for installation, he took the time to properly sand the surface, then dry them with a torch to remove the condensation, then prime the surface before painting - that is 100% the correct way to do it and it goes to show the attention to detail. Many other contractors would have just spray-painted them and called it good - if they even took the time to paint them at all. I would recommend them to my friends and more importantly, I would use them again if I had another roof project.

We had our entire roof replaced, including plywood, and added new gutters and downspouts. Every time it rains, I thank my lucky stars we chose Capstone Roofing! Couldn't be happier with my experience with Capstone. I received 5 bids and Capstone was not only the most competitively priced but was also the most professional. They showed up to the estimate with information on the materials used, which no one else did even though all the bids were for the same brand of shingles. The quote was easy to review and they made modifications at no extra cost when I requested a change to how the roof vents. They completed the roof in one day and the gutters and leaf guards several days later. I am very happy with how it looks and they stuck to their estimate.

The crew showed up at 7:30 am and we're done by early afternoon. The crew paid attention to details and painted existing vent pipes black to give everything a uniform look. They completely stripped the old roof, replaced some rot and installed the new roof all in the same day.
