Capstone was referred to me by two separate contractors over a few years. I watched them installing several roofs near my home this past year. Have you ever heard of a roofing company that can tear off your old roof, repair sheeting, reconfigure attic ventilation AND finish 5400sf in a single day, AND leave the yard cleaner than when they arrived? ...well you have now. The owner is Nathan and both he and his crew are awesome.

Serious lack of clear communication from Nate. If you don't know a LOT about roofing and know to ask about every detail (not just shingles), go elsewhere. Tacky aesthetics. Don't use their ""contractors"", the rate will be decent but charge contractor rate for guys who watch and clean up. I heard ""whatever is fastest"" more than once while they were on this job. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional. Contacted three weeks ago. Estimator was supposed to do estimate before leaving on vacation. I have called several times to inquire about estimate. To make a long story short I called again today. The office confirmed that I had requested an estimate but still did mot have one. So they contacted estimator and called me back to tell me that estimator had, in fact, gone out but was initially unsure about whether there was sufficient access to get equipment to property to do the job. I have no idea what this even means. The house is basically just a Two-story house is on a street. Bottom line, decided he does not want the job. I guess if you don't want the job, you don't have to call the customer back.

I had Capstone Roofing put on a new roof today, and now I need never research roofers again, I would very highly recommend this company. The owner, Nathan, came out quickly to do an initial estimate, which was the lowest of 3 I got, was very honest about my not needing a new roof at this time, but I was re-roofing now since I was going to have solar installed and it would be expensive to take off the system in a few years and re-install if I delayed the new roof. Nathan is honest, congenial, has great integrity, sent out a large crew which arrived at 7 am and was finished at 1:30pm. Very respectful and friendly crew, did amazing cleanup. Nathan came around later in the afternoon to check on everything. Some solar lights mounted next to the walkway to my front door had inadvertently gotten wrapped up in all the debris. Nathan never hesitated to offer more than the cost of the lights, wouldn't allow me to take less. Also wanted to donate to a medical organization I was soon leaving with to go to Cambodia on a mission. A very generous, compassionate, professional and wise businessman. I respect Nathan and his workers, and highly recommend you call them first when needing a roof.

We reached out, Nate came out to assess the job, gave us solid advice, a bid, and we were contacted almost immediately to schedule a date. They reached out with a date change, kept us posted always and confirmed a few days prior to expected service date. Crew arrived on time and professionally & efficiently got the job done in 1 day, I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewer ""a well-oiled machine at work."" The crew impeccably cleaned up around the outside of the house removing various debris generated from the job. The cost was the lowest from other bids received over time. Capstone's crew was awesome! They were so efficient and thorough it was amazing to watch. From tearing off the old roof and coordinating the delivery of the new roofing supplies it was like watching a well oiled machine at work. The old roof was off and new roof on in a matter of hours as opposed to days.

When the job was done the area around my house was actually left cleaner than when they got there. Huge thank you to Nate and crew.

Scheduled for an estimate 2 weeks ago. They said they email estimates after 24 hours. I haven't received any email or phone call. I left them 2 messages and no one has picked up or called me back. Very unprofessional.
