My roof had to have a full rip-off and replacement, not something I was looking forward too, but everything was done very efficiently in one day, except the gutters. The crew said they would be at the house at 7am and they were! By the time I got home from work they were done and cleaned up. The only (not really issue) was getting the gutters done, we didn't have very good communication as to when they would be completed so I had to reach out twice but they were complete in the time span given, and when there was a question about an area of front of the house I was called and informed about a potential issue down the road so I could plan to correct it in the future. I feel that I made the right decision to go with Capstone instead of one of the other companies that gave me estimates, some were less expensive and some more, but with the reviews they have and the work that they do, they were definitely the best choice!

Just got our roof done as well as our gutters and let me just say... WOW! Absolutely incredible. I had gotten quotes from a few other companies and I felt unsatisfied until I got a quote from Capstone. They were timely in every part of the business between getting the quote price to me, getting an appt AND getting the roof done. The ladies in the office were beyond nice and the roofers were efficient and extremely tidy. And in times like they followed any covid protocols and we as a family felt safe having them there. I really hope I don't need a roof any time soon but I would use them again!

Amazing! I was a little bit apprehensive before they started because their price was less than all the other bids, but I was very hopeful. I am not easily impressed being a contractor myself, but the job they did at my residence was simply astounding. Bill the sales rep was very. Professional telling me what should be done and most of all what we didn't need to waste our money on! The day of the install they showed up on time, and completed the removal and new roof all in one day! Oscar the foreman was extremely nice, but most of all VERY organized. He showed me all the areas that needed repair ( dry rot ) before he started fixing them . They protected all the areas below the roof with tarps before they started, so that the clean up was fast And efficient at completion. They left my property looking cleaner then it was before they started. I highly recommend Capstone! This was the best job I've seen done by another contractor in a long long time!

From beginning to end of job, Capstone has impressed me. We received an estimate from them YEARS ago to have our roof replaced, when we bought our house. We were finally in a position to do so this summer. I called and they still had our records on file from 6 years ago! Nathan was out to look at our roof within just a few days, the estimate received within 2 days after that, and they came back to do the tear off and roof installation just a few weeks later. (BTW - the the other roofer I consulted couldn't come out for weeks to even give us an estimate, took a week to get the estimate back to us, their estimate was $10k more than Capstone, and they wouldn't be able to install said roof until Oct or Nov!)

When the Capstone team arrived at 7am, there were many of them and they worked quickly and efficiently. They were in communication with me throughout the project to let me know when they needed to do a bit of dry rot repair. I was shocked when they were finishing up by 12:30! They cleaned up so well that you would never know they were here in the first place. And the roof looks really wonderful!

This was all around a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Capstone 100%!

Highly, highly recommend Capstone...The crew was completely professional and got in and out, job completed and cleaned up, in one day...2400 square foot ranch style...there was something, cosmetically, that we weren't happy with so Bill had his guy come back and fix it (he was here for a full day and a half)...free of charge! Don't bother with any other company!

From beginning to end the customer service was everything you hoped it would be. Bill took all my calls, handled my many questions, showed me the shingles, met for a look see at current projects and not once did I feel like it was an inconvenience. Was not looking forward to the noise or the mess on the day of the job....Holy Cow what an efficient operation!!! Actually fun to watch them operate. All done in a day with a huge friendly crew who worked in 90 + degree weather. They took care of our landscaping and handled every concern we had with respect. AND what a heck of a clean up job! Capstone Rocks! Thanks!!

We have used capstone for our main roof (2 years ago) and then recently again for the flat roof on our carport. Each time Capstone have been very professional with reviewing the job, making recommendations, and producing a very competitive bid. Work always finished quickly with lots of communication throughout and clean up at the end. Recent job, all staff wearing masks and observing social distancing. Highly recommended.

These guys are specialized pros. Their crew of 11 had our roof demo & replacement (1066 ft) done in less then 6 hours, and left the place immaculate as if they'd never been there. The service and quality for the value beat out much higher bids. In fact, the overall cost of all the work (including replacing more than a few dry rotted wooden 2x4s) was lower than what they quoted!? They were accommodating, friendly and professional. The final product is beautiful & will last for decades to come. I highly recommend Capstone Roofing.

I've seen Capstone doing roofs all over Sonoma County. I knew they were the right ones to call.
The prices are very competitive. All
Of their Staff is extremely professional. They made the process easy to understand what was going to happen and when. So 5 strong stars on communication alone.
When their crew showed up they were very polite. They went straight to work and worked hard.
I've seen a lot of construction crews work. Not sure I've ever seen one work like the Capstone Crew. Very efficient. That crew is one well oiled machine.
When they were done the whole crew took part of the clean up. I swear they left the house and property cleaner than when they arrived.
I was actually very surprised how well they cleaned up. I couldn't find a single trace of them doing a roof tear off and putting on a new roof.
Great Job Capstone. We are very pleased.

This will be a unique review since I didn't hire this company to put a roof on my house. I live in a neighborhood at the end of center road in novato where I just watched this company complete it's third house. Each house was done in one day. They showed up with 8-10 people l, tore off the roof, and installed the new roof with perfect precision. It was so efficient. As the front was torn off other workers began the new roof. By 3pm they were gone. My observations, professional, efficient, respectful of neighbors, clean work site, beautiful work. The workers were friendly, waved hello to me from across the street, and really worked hard for those 8 hours. From what I just observed, now three times, I would hire this company in a second. I think this is a perfect example of you never know who or if people are watching. These workers showed incredible work ethic, and represented this company well. Thquality of the job is excellent.

Update:
Today I am reviewing as a customer. I had capstone put a roof and gutters on my mother in law's home in Ignacio. Excellent excellent excellent. I don't know what else to say. The job took one day so there was minor disruption for grandma. She is 89 so that was nice. The gutters went on one week later and took 4 hours. From the estimate to the invoice this is a class A company and I would recommend them without hesitation. Even the county permit process was handled by them well. We are very pleased, this is a great company. They care about the customer and they care about the quality of their work. The work site was left spotless and all the workers were kind and pleasant to have around the house for the day.
