Once this company has your money expect zero customer service. They installed our panels 4 months ago and we are still waiting for them to be connected to the grid. You call their ""office"" and get an answering service. They never call back or answer emails. Terrible.

I've been trying to be as green as possible over the past years, electric car, vegetable gardening, composting and such. After my electric bill came out to $460 last December I knew what I had to do. My neighbor did solar with Capital and they signed and had the panels installed within two months! I've heard this can be a real headache with some companies. I signed with them and also did my pool pump. All in under two months! Connected to FPL net metering and everything! What a great team of people to work with. Highly recommend!

Well if you anyone that goes with this company you should look them up befor you start with them they fucked up my house they repaired my roof twice now and it's still leaking and this project it been going on for two months now and still no progress this company is not professional at all

I live in Miami, Fl. I am a retired 63 year old person. I write this because I have been made to feel as if my home did not matter anymore after they got their money from the finance company. The panels and air conditioners were installed perfectly. To their credit, they have a wonderful crew. There were glitches that needed to be taken care of when the project was completed but it took too many phone calls on my part and promises on their part on their part to get those resolved. Now I have been calling and leaving messages to the company and to their financial department which will not take my phone calls nor return them. This has been going on since December. The problem, they need to send me a check for $700.00.

I don't understand their negligent behavior.

It's a shame. They really have a wonderful crew of workers. The problem seems to be after they believe their work is finished and not when it truly is.
