Yes! Call them! I've had extensive damage to my roof over the last ten years with this crazy Texas weather and I'm a single mom with no experience on how to handle insurance companies or roofers. A leak in my roof formed and I called (very scared) and they quickly came out and covered it so no further rain would get in. I do not like unknown people around my house (especially men) but Kevin was so genuine and comfortable to talk to. He was like having a friend over that I had known for years. He was honest and understanding. He went above and beyond to help me with getting the repairs and getting the insurance company to pay their dues even after he was already paid for the repairs. I had an unexpected court date in downtown Austin the day of the repairs and no one was home. They needed access to an electrical outlet (my outside outlets don't work) so I had to leave my garage open, Kevin sent a picture from his truck showing my home being repaired. I felt so much better knowing he was in the area should any problems arise and definitely looking out for his customers and employees. My roof looks great. I will recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you so much and thank you for being nice and helpful Kevin. This company will do great things with you there.
