Just when I think I've experienced the worst, most unprofessional interaction possible with another human being... Enter Cape Coral Roofing & Metal Co. [1520 SE 46th Ln., Suite C, Cape Coral, FL, 33904], owned by a complete tool named Alex Gomez [Who I spoke with, unfortunately]. The short version: I bought a brand new home in September of 2021 [first owner]. The roof began leaking into my kitchen, only after a very hard rain. I called the sub-contractor who did the work [Alex Gomez], and explained that my roof is leaking ONLY after it rains, and would he mind coming out to see if he could check it out [since it is a brand new home]. He then began to berate me that ""How did I know it's a roof leak?"", ""Are you a roofer or plumber"", and ""If I come out there and perform a roof leak, that I need to GET PAID!"". Does not guarantee his work, and had no interest in resolving this situation [This is from the OWNER no less!]. Suffice it to say, I have since found someone else to fix my roof [Surprise...It's a ROOF LEAK!]. By far, the most unprofessional, arrogant, condescending A-hole that I have had the displeasure of speaking with. Avoid this business at all costs...You've been warned.
