Back in the busy 1980s, Fred L. Bolanz saw how crucial it is to have a dependable roof overhead. His commitment to the upkeep and development of this key structure materialized in the founding of Canyon Creek Roof Company in January 1980. Originally based at 605 S. Sherman Street in Richardson, Texas, the company later relocated to 526 N. Interurban St in the same area. Fred's varied experiences led him through multiple professions, including electro-mechanical engineering and civil contracting. Additionally, he inherited his grandfather's entrepreneurial spirit, a valuable asset. His grandfather was a trailblazer in the insurance and real estate sectors in Dallas, dating back to 1873.
