His dedication to caring for and enhancing this vital structure took shape as Canyon Creek Roof Company, founded in January 1980. Originally based at 605 S. Sherman Street in Richardson, Texas, the company later relocated to 526 N. Interurban St in the same area. Fred's diverse background allowed him to explore various careers, from electro-mechanical engineering to civil contracting. Moreover, he was gifted with his grandfather's entrepreneurial spirit, which proved to be a significant advantage. His grandfather was a pioneer in the insurance and real estate industries in Dallas since 1873.
