They were so amazing, explaining the process, and providing an in depth and honest quote. What a joy to work with them. I highly recommend this company. From the beginning, they were professional and courteous. Even though they were really busy when we first contacted them, they got back to me right away and set up an appointment to do an inspection and estimate (for free). Getting a new roof in the months after a hurricane is expensive--supply and demand laws--and they weren't the lowest estimate we got, but they explained everything to us really well, gave us options and we were satisfied that the warranties and guarantees they offered, as well as the reviews of other customers, were worth it.

Initially they told us it would probably be about 6 weeks before they could do our roof, since there was a lot of demand at that time; we were trying to see if anyone else could take care of it sooner, so we were still getting estimates. Then our kitchen ceiling literally collapsed on top of us (literally...on top of us as we were washing dishes). They weren't able to promise to do it sooner, since it depended on contracts they already had lined up, but their time estimate wasn't any longer than any of the other contractors we spoke with, so we decided to go with them.

We were so pleased when they called us a little over 2 weeks before the estimated start date to let us know they'd be able to start the following week! It was an unexpected (and very welcome) surprise.

They completed the job in even less time than expected. They were in constant contact with us throughout the process, always responded very quickly to our calls and texts and answered our questions and addressed any concerns we had right away. We were so relieved to have a new roof within just a few short days of them starting, and that the hole in the roof was covered the very first day.

They have been wonderful afterward as well, still responding to some needs we had for insurance, answering our calls and messages right away and getting us everything we need.

I highly recommend them for anyone needing a roof repair or replacement!

After going through hell with my first roof after Katrina, I was totally stressed out looking for a roofing company. I got three estimates and one of them was Canopy roofing. What can I say? They were right on time for the estimate, laid out the way they do things and the products they use and gave me a timeline that was spot on. Once we agreed on the price I was comfortable, Federico Roof laid out a timeline for the work. That also was spot on. The crew came out one day removed everything, and then two days later after the inspection, The roof was done. The work was outstanding and Federico the boss even came out a couple of times afterwards to make sure there were no nails in my driveway. I had four flat tires with the sloppy roofing company last time. These guys are awesome and extremely professional. If you need a roof don't hesitate and call Canopy roofing and asked for Federico.

Federico and Canopy roofing are amazing and professional. I found them on Yelp in August, he came out to give us a quote... Showed up on time and explained everything to us in words we could understand. After obtaining a few quotes and dealing with some interesting people, we decided to go with Canopy. Then Hurricane Irma came. Between dealing with the insurance company and delays, Federico was with us every step of the way. He even came out a few times between the hurricane and start of the project to ensure the roof wasn't leaking. They started the project at the beginning of last week and finished by the end of the week. Quick, thorough, and professional! It looks beautiful. I recommend Canopy Roofing to anyone and everyone who needs roof work done!

Frederico's team arrived every day at 7am and left at sunset. I felt they were very trustworthy . The entire team was professional. He sends daily reports including pictures which were great! The tear down was finished in a week and they cleaned the house well after the messy part. They were careful not to perforate the exposed wood beam interior ceiling with nails. Also they replaced some exposed wood that was water damaged and it looks great.
