April W.This company came out in March to his 80 year old Aunt's single wide trailor after the storm. They had her pay $1,400 at that time and put a blue tarp on the roof. Half of her roof was gone. After at least 2 weeks of them not coming back she contacted them. At that time they stated they needed $3,000 more. Robert had enough and with the help of friends went and replaced the roof.
His Aunt requested a refund. They sent her back $600. So she paid Cannon Roofing $800 for a blue tarp!! Please BEWARE of this truly unprofessional company. Please share. No one wants the eldery to be treated this way
Alicia R.These guys are criminals. We had a roof fire and were interested in a quote to fix the damage. Cannon asked us to share our insurance documents but the only part they read was the bottom line, the total. The amount matched our total payout but was not going to replace everything itemized in the insurance paperwork. The proposal is as dishonest and criminal as it gets. The Cannon team should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people and then lying and saying the quote needs to match the insurance claim when in reality they're only looking at the payout and not the required work. I wouldn't trust them to work on my house since their quotes are fraudulent.
