Do not use this roofing company if you have any important plumbing or AC lines in your attic. They put it in their contract that they are not responsible for any damage to these lines. They are not careful to check and this carelessness cost me $2100 to repair my AC line. It was 98 degree weather so I had no choice but to spend the money. It was quite obvious that my lines for the AC were up in the attic. You can clearly see them in my photos. They did do a great job on my roof.

What a great family-owned company! I was in a panic and needed a new roof in a week to avoid the cancellation of my insurance. Not only did they get it done but they did a great job, The office was always available when I had questions and Tammy is great!

Excellent customer service, communication and project management. Date and cost estimates were exact and commitments met. The crew were professional and removed all debris. Jamie followed up after each job, personally inspecting the work and making sure we were happy with final product. We have gone through major home renovations and are no strangers to contractors/builders. Can-Am's team was among the best. Highly recommend.

Fantastic company! The owner is Johnny on the spot with any issues or concerns too. We live in a very exclusive neighborhood in Indialantic and all the houses are custom built. Ben, the owner has done many of the roofs in here and is one of the preferred contractors. Need a roof done right, call this company!!!

The siding hasn't has been don due to backorder. Jamie told gutter contractor to do mine and they started and ruined my drip mold. I wasn't home to stop them , they never called me before hand just started with no one home. I expect response 11/24/2021

The service we received was top notch. Our Project Manager Doug Rood was knowledgeable, professional, well-mannered and always got back with us in a timely manner. Since this was the first time we had to have our roof done, my wife was very impressed with the fact that he explained every little detail that needed to be done and gave us great advice about picking the right shingles. Our roof looks great and the crew was done in a few days. I would highly recommend the Can-Am Roofing Team...

Very professional and friendly from start to finish!
They gave me a price and timeline and stuck to it. Always ready to answer questions and calls were returned in a timely fashion. The crew cleaned up the yard when finished. Love that it's local. Thanks Ben and Jamie

Cam Am put a new roof on my house, and I paid them the requested down payment. As soon as the roof itself was completed, but the gutters and other finish work was not done, I received a call on a Friday afternoon from the owner's wife, also the vice president of the company. She wanted to send someone to pick up the check for the balance. I told her the gutters were not done and also that the figure she gave me was not correct, as it did not reflect the veteran's discount and the marketing (sign placement) discount I had been promised.

She got nasty with me, but said I could take the discounts and withhold $1,000 until the gutters were done, but someone was on their way to my house to get my check. I told her that I would deal only with my salesman from this point on and that I would pay him, when the job was complete. She told me that if I did not send the check back with the person coming to the house, they would begin foreclosure procedures on my house. And then hung up on me.

I spoke to my salesman to let him know how poorly I had been treated and asked for an explanation. He had none. I told him I would deal with him and make full payment once the gutters were on and I had my warranty in writing. He agreed. He apologized which I appreciated, but I asked him to have the owner call me. He did - four days later - and apologized in a superficial way.

The gutters went on a few days later and I made arrangements to meet with my salesman to make the final payment. In the meantime, the following Friday afternoon, the owner's wife called me again to say she wanted to come pick up my check. I reminded her that I had told her I would only deal with my salesman and not anyone from the office. She again said she would hangup and go to the courthouse to file a lien against my house. And again, hung up.

I met with my salesman and paid off the full amount owed, within a couple of days. He again apologized but could offer no explanation for the treatment I was receiving. I called the owner and left a message for him telling of this most recent outburst. He returned my call and left a message for me, making excuses about how tough a job it is to collect on bills. Mine was not overdue by any measure. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to think that I would be a deadbeat customer.

I told my salesman he had an uphill battle, selling new roofs to people who would soon be hearing of the terrible treatment from the vice president of the company. He could not disagree.

I have been on both ends of many customer service transactions and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and insulting rudeness by anyone ever. The vice president of Can Am Roofing needs some remedial schooling in customer service as well as some anger management training.

If you contract with Can Am Roofing, be prepared to be yelled at, insulted, and threatened. It happened to me - twice!
