Two failed attempts to shingle a home! PROMISES OF 3 week completion by Bruno 8 months later
I need a total roof replacement. Still no gutters!
Rain wash out present through out landscaping
A BRUNO TOTAL HOME SUB CONTRACTOR!
Inexcusable delays total inept and unskilled
Shoddy workmanship on both roofing attempts extensive damages to property and vehicles
BREECH OF CONTRACT
No shows, outright damage to home,property and vehicles
Don't hire if you want a roof done according and to
Code Campbell or Bruno
A vision impaired child could have done a better job! Both attempts to shingle epic disaster !

In my opinion Bruno engaged in Price gouging and high pressure sales and services he was ill equipped to offer or provide PERMITS PULLED AFTER UNIT WAS INSTALLED OPEN PERMIT REMAINS ON AC INSTALLED 9/16/2017!days after Hurricane Irma had hit Naples Fl
They push credit and energy fund offers insisting they can do it all. In my opinion they can not!
People especially SENIORS be aware what you're dealing with I WISH I HAD BEEN WARNED!

One star only because there is not a ""negative stars"" option. RUN, RUN, RUN! I have had multiple roofs put on over the years and Campbell has been the worst professional experience I have ever experienced. The WORST communication process ever. After months of delays, my roof was removed. Now after 4 months, and many commitments on the new roof being started, still no roof. I have given up and contracted with another company. Legal nightmares trying to get my money back are in the future. RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY FAST!

These guys rock! I see all the negative reviews and am very surprised. I went around and around with several company's in an attempt to get my roof redone. It was a complete nightmare! Then a friend of mine recommended Campbell. The first call was spot on and the estimator was there the next morning; real nice gentleman. He presented several options and a few suggested modifications. The price was very competitive. There was a bit of a delay for the install because of the type of shingle we selected (special order), but we were notified upfront. They set the install date and touched base several times with updates while we were waiting for the special order to arrive. Day of install they were on time and fast...man, where they fast! Two days later...done! No nails or garbage in the yard. There was even a guy on the ground, patrolling the yard and patios with a big roll around magnet thing; to make sure they got all the nails. Several days after the install we did find a few things we were not completely happy with. We called them up and they had a guy there the next day to fix the issues. Could not be happier with my experience.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I signed a contract with Campbell Roofing. They were responsive right up until they got our deposit, and it all went downhill from there. Their salesman lied to us about a start date, I had to call repeatedly to confirm when the work would begin, and on three separate occasions when they were scheduled to start, they simply didn't show up or contact us to explain why. They didn't even pull the permit until over two months after we put down our deposit (Florida law requires that it's issued within 30 days). After they were a no-show for the third time, their salesman called and claimed they couldn't do the job anymore because of permitting issues. I called the permitting office directly, where they confirmed they were just waiting on a form and some fees from Campbell Roofing. When I called the salesman out on this discrepancy in stories, his only response was that that's what he'd been told by his office. I attempted to contact the sales supervisor, but he never called me back. Eventually the salesman called to say they were breaking our contract. This has dragged on for 4 months due to Campbell Roofing's unprofessional and unresponsive behavior. Don't waste your time.

This company does horrible work. My dad's flat roof was leaking last year and I called them to come out and fix it the guy quoted me high finally I convinced them to do it for lower I paid them before the job was done mind you the guy called me every day to make sure that I still wanted it done and that I would pay the amount they needed me to pay of which I did. So last week I called them on Monday because the roof is still under warranty and my dad's roof was leaking when the rains started mind you my dad is 91 and lives by himself. So they came out on Tuesday and supposedly fixed it took them three and a half hours and now it's leaking way worse than it was before it started leaking. So Thursday I called again and told them the job they did was crappy and they needed to come back out nobody called me back Friday I called again 4 times nobody called me back. Monday they were closed so Tuesday I started blowing up their phone and they kept giving me the runaround as to someone would call me back then they told me someone would call me tomorrow long story short this morning I finally got in touch with a very nice lady named Judy she told me that it was out for the guys to work on today. Well it's now 5:30 in the afternoon and no one ever showed up and it's raining again and it's leaking in my dad's house and him being 91 years old having to move furniture around is not fair. I just called again and of course now they're closed so tomorrow I'll be blowing up their phone again so they can keep giving me the runaround funny how when they want you to do a job with them as long as you're paying there in a hurry to get paid and they call you a million times but when they have to get things done when it's on warranty and they know they're not getting paid they stall. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

After viewing their work on a video I had made with the new roofer who fixed the damage they caused and completed the roof in 3 days compared to after five (5) months and still had a leaky roof. Marie text me Joshua would fire the crew and give us our money back. That was Saturday and despite many emails as phone calls she continues to avoid us.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible Company to deal with. Horrible customer service. We paid up front and then the salesman admitted he overcharged us. Have spent months trying to get the refund to no avail. Nobody ever returns phone messages, that is if they even answer the phone at all. If they do answer the phone you're on hold for an hour. Apparently, the only person who can help you is Marie (supposedly the owner) who is never available and refuses to return messages. I am a realtor and deal with roofing companies on a regular basis and have never had issues like this before.

As a follow-up. After another man called me from this company on July 24th and told me the work was done 7 days ago and wanted to know who to charge for the repairs, I told him he was nuts because no one was ever out to the house. So that was a lie. He said ""my guy told me he repaired your roof. I told him he repaired it in one afternoon when the estimator told me it would take 2 days minimum? He said he would call me back. Still waiting for that call. Then on July 25th some repair man showed up at the residence and called me on the phone and wanted to know how to get in the garage to repair the roof. I told him to leave that I did not want this company doing anything to the roof. Why would someone show up to repair the roof if they thought it was done 7 days ago? This company is really messed up. Stay away at all costs unless you like headaches and trying to be ripped off.

Jerked us around for over 5 months to get a partial roof replacement. We finally cancelled when they were no shows again 3 days in a row and the sales rep texted to say the guys had been there and would have to finish the job the next day, which was a lie because they never did one thing on our house. Then the owner tried to charge an admin fee out of the refund which I refused to pay since it was their fault for never showing up to do the work but now still have not received any of the deposit back. No apologies for never showing up. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
