Josh Campbell is a scam artist at his best! Signed a contract with him in March 2018 to replace our roof from Hurricane Irma damage. During the tear off of our roof in May 2018, he caused over $30,000 in interior & exterior damage to our home. Campbell Roofing never ordered our tile. Josh told us he filed a claim with his insurance company & that he would refund our $22,000 back. Got the run around multiple times from both him & his attorney until Josh decided he didn't want to pay. In my opinion, he's a complete scum bucket who still continues to rip people off & steal their money. Now he wants to file bankruptcy...what a joke!

Avoid this Roofing company at all costs!
Shame on me for not reading these reviews prior to hiring Campbell Roofing, they quote low to get your business then don't follow thru. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! My Phone calls were never answered, HOA fines due to length of exposed roof, expired permits...you name it.
Reviews are all true, stay away from these con-artist.
Update 5/23...Josh Campbell owner of Campbell Roofing was arrested for embezzlement this past weekend. He belongs in prison!

Update/Edit: it has now been close to 9 months that this company (or the individuals who took over this company when it wasn't doing well) have had my grandparents money. They have continued to tell my grandparents (when they actually answer the phone) that the tiles needed for their roof had to be ordered and haven't come in yet. After doing some of my own research, I have found the tile company they used who assured me that YES they have the tile available. This has not only been a stressful situation for the obvious reasons, it has also caused an exacerbation of my grandfather's health concerns due to constant worry and stress/lack of sleep due to the issue.

Original post: To tag on to what other reviews have said, this company has had many thousands of dollars of my grandparents money for multiple months in exchange for replacing their roof after hurricane damage. They have yet to ever show up to the house and have hung up the phone when called, not returned messages, and provided false hope. Legal action will be taken in the near future if this continues. DON'T WALK... RUN RUN RUN.

Campbell Roofing of Cape Coral, FL is a fradulant company, they need to be put out of business and Im doing my part to see to that. They have thousands of dollars from our Condo Association to reroof our roofs, but have not completed the work, will not return phone calls....scam artist! Joshua Campbell is the owner and a complete fraud!

They put a metal roof on my house which came out very nice. The gutter work was poor and the gutter over my garage doors fell down. They did not put the proper number of down spouts. Now I cannot get them to return and fix the problems. It has been months. Sad!

They push credit and energy fund offers insisting they can do it all. In my opinion they can not!
People especially SENIORS be aware what you're dealing with I WISH I HAD BEEN WARNED!

One star only because there is not a ""negative stars"" option. RUN, RUN, RUN! I have had multiple roofs put on over the years and Campbell has been the worst professional experience I have ever experienced. The WORST communication process ever. After months of delays, my roof was removed. Now after 4 months, and many commitments on the new roof being started, still no roof. I have given up and contracted with another company. Legal nightmares trying to get my money back are in the future. RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY FAST!

These guys rock! I see all the negative reviews and am very surprised. I went around and around with several company's in an attempt to get my roof redone. It was a complete nightmare! Then a friend of mine recommended Campbell. The first call was spot on and the estimator was there the next morning; real nice gentleman. He presented several options and a few suggested modifications. The price was very competitive. There was a bit of a delay for the install because of the type of shingle we selected (special order), but we were notified upfront. They set the install date and touched base several times with updates while we were waiting for the special order to arrive. Day of install they were on time and fast...man, where they fast! Two days later...done! No nails or garbage in the yard. There was even a guy on the ground, patrolling the yard and patios with a big roll around magnet thing; to make sure they got all the nails. Several days after the install we did find a few things we were not completely happy with. We called them up and they had a guy there the next day to fix the issues. Could not be happier with my experience.
