Shoddy materials and workmanship. Our HOA hired them to replace your roofs. Roofs that were fine before now leak. 200k per building, buildings consist of 10 units and approximately 5000 sf of roof per building. Costing over 20,000 per unit. Painter spattered paint on my car and company refused to make good. I'll be seeing them in small claims court. Stay far away from this horrible excuse for a riffing business.

I waited a long time before posting a review, but just felt it was not fair to others not to share my experience. Our experience with this companies workmanship is one of the most disappointing experiences to date in South Florida. I was recommended to this company by a contractor. Their sales efforts were very professional and prompt and they seemed like they knew what they were doing - but their price was the highest out of 7 bids I received to replace a concrete roof of a residential home with a new metal roof almost $40K! for a 2,400 square foot single-story home. But, they seemed so professional so we took a chance. When the job was partially completed, we questioned the sales manager as to why it seemed to be ""rippling"" a condition otherwise known as oil canning. He said it should ""settle out"". The crew completed the job and we were very disappointed with how it looked...sorta wrinkly and not at all what we expected. Again we asked the manager James, to come and look at it as it just did not seem right. He said that the Truss's were warped and that is why it was that way. They had replaced any obviously rotten or problem plywood which sits ON TOP of the Trusses. When we questioned as to Why? the warped trusses were not brought to our attention, he claimed there was no way to know how it would affect our finished look until it was laid. What a bunch of rubbish- but it was obvious he had no intention of correcting the problem without charging us twice, which would require removing the metal roofing, and starting over, so we let it go. We were left feeling very unhappy with the job. We felt like he basically put his B team on who did not have enough experience with installing a metal roof and left us holding the bag with mediocre work. The roof does not leak, which is a good thing, but for the added expense of installing a metal roof versus a tile one we are left with a visual curb appeal that devalues our home, and to this day irritates the hell out of me every time I pull up to my home and see the wrinkly surface of the roof. This was done about 3 years ago! Since then we have had two neighbors with similar type and age of home install a new metal roof, and theirs look great! I would look elsewhere if you are having a metal roof installed.

Probably the most incompetent company I have ever had contact with!! Leaks , nails and sloppy work!!

This company ""Campany Roof Maint"" has completely slide in customer service, quality of work and professionalism. After having two new roof installed in 2012 and 2016 we've been using CRM for annual maintenance. On their last visit they used & ruined tools that were mine! Smoke and chewed tobacco when I asked them NOT to. Left me the Butts and ""spit"" on the roof and driveway. Leaned walls and elevators with TAR on their clothes, and left my hallways covered in granuals from their feet. Worst of all laid the roof material on loose with wrinkles and when I reached out to the boss, he snapped and told me he'd never return, because I wasn't professional enough during my complaint. I forgot to say hello, and how are you....Do not use them if you need repair or replacement of your roof.
