I had an unfortunate encounter with Camp Rigby today. I got their name from a friend, whose husband is a general contractor, and recommended them highly. First of all, the receptionist got my number wrong, so they came unannounced early (luckily I was ready) because they couldn't reach me. I had a very minor roofing issue, but I asked them to check the entire roof to see if there were any further problems. After checking the property, they informed me that there were no other problems. I was waiting for them to get back to me with an estimate for the minor repair that needed attention. I looked out and saw them sitting in the truck, thinking that they were getting the estimate ready. When they didn't come back, I looked out and saw that they had left! I suppose they didn't want to be bothered with such a small job, and decided they would sneak away. I called the office to let them know that I was surprised and dismayed. but of course I got a recording that no one was in the office (this took place on a Saturday). Very bad business practices. I won't be calling them again.

Camp Rigby disappointed us greatly. We contracted three roofs done on one property. We were told 4-6 weeks would finish the job. Two and a half months later they claim the job is finished and want to be paid in full.
In the beginning we had a full crew come to the property to tear off the old roofs. After that week we suffered through a total lack of communication with the company and they just stopped working on our job to do other jobs. Days and then weeks went by with no progress. My opinion is that Camp Rigby does not have enough roofers to timely complete the jobs they have contracted.
During their time on our property they broke two skylights, caused several leaks, they drove almost 100 nails through our interior ceiling, they ran over our plants and landscape lighting with the trucks and chipped our bath tub when flashing was dropped through the skylight.
Someone from the company will eventually come out to see why the customer is so angry but it's all too little, too late at this point.
I can not recommend Camp Rigby and urge you to research another roofing company if you need work done.
