At First Rob was very responsive and let me say he is a nice guy but after I texted him that the adjuster told me I would only need to have my ridgecaps replaced I haven't heard anything back. I understand that he may not have the time or the urge to take on a small job but it would have been nice for him to tell me.

I have used Calument Roof for my last 3 roofs and I cannot tell you that Rob goes above and beyond in customer service. Whether it is at the time of installation or the times that I have needed them to come back out for some minor repairs. Great clean up, returned my calls in a timely manner and for the quality of the shingles, pricing was ver competitive! I would recommend Calumet Roof!!
