We received a call from California Solar and like so many other sales calls they wanted to sell us money saving solar panels. I told the girl on the phone that we were not interested and then she asked if I or my husband were veterans. I told her that my husband is a vet, she then said that the owner of the solar store wanted to help vets as he is also one. We met with Martine, the owner, and he explained how he would help us with our solar system by making it very affordable. I have never regretted my decision of choosing California Solar Store, everyone is very professional and the installation was done very quickly. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone interested in solar and saving money.

Please stop robocalling me. I receive anywhere between 4-8 robocalls a week from this company. I am listed on the do not call list, have spoken to someone and nicely asked to be removed but am still getting calls. This has been going on for over 3 months. They use several phone numbers including:

I received an unsolicited spam call from California Solar Store. I would never give my business to a company that disturbs me at my home. When I told the sales person that they were breaking the law they hung up on me.

We are so glad that we went with California Solar Store for the installation of our new Photovoltaic (Solar) System. Everything went without a hitch, from the initial assessment to the installation and finally to receiving our rebates. Martine (from California Solar Store) held our hand and walked us through every step of the process. Like many homeowners considering getting a solar system we were skeptical at first that we will get any sort of rebates from the government or let alone from the company. We figured even if we don't get anything we still have the benefit of having solar system and not having to pay too much for electricity. After filing for our 2018 income tax we got the full 30% rebate from the government amounting to about $20,000. I could not believe that the California energy rebate program actually is real and works.
As far as installation, It took about two days. Installers took care of all the permits and coordinated with the electric company before the actual installation day. Everything was done in a precise and timely manner just like how it was explained to us during the assessment. After the work was done the installers cleaned up and made sure that everything passed and signed by the city before leaving.
Six months into having our solar system I'am happy to say we are very satisfied. The past few summer months has been very sunny that we are actually generating more power than what we are using. This has been the best upgrade we ever had in our home and the environment as well. Thank you Martine and California Solar Store we can't recommend you enough to everyone we know.

Constant SPAM calls. Unwanted calls - including illegal and spoofed robocalls - are the FCC's top consumer complaint and our top consumer protection priority. These include complaints from consumers whose numbers are being spoofed or whose calls are being mistakenly blocked or labeled as a possible scam call by a robocall blocking app or service.

i have gotten calls from this business number, and i already have solar installed on my house. i don't want to hear from you again; i am on the DO NOT CALL registry. next call i get from you, i will make a formal complaint. JUST STOP!

From what I've seen, no one is scrutinizing you for ""refusing to play their advertising game"" and the negative reviews on your Yelp are not ""fake.""

The number listed for your business, 925-208-4298, calls me as ""Anonymous."" I have no idea why you're calling me but I would appreciate it if you stopped. You have been told countless times that we have a shake roof and are not legally allowed to install solar, unless you want to pay for a new roof, stop harassing me.

It seems to me, Martine...you are using robocalls to bolster your business and are perfectly fine with harassing the entire state of California to do so and maybe that's why Yelp, Angie's List, Home Advisers, etc... have opted to distance themselves from you.

Anyone else reading this, another quote from Martin...""Again, if you want honest true reviews from California Solar Store clients...""

I have no purchased anything from this company but I am fed up with the robocalls. This is an honest, true review and I'm honestly and truly tired of being harassed.
