About 8 years ago I bought my beautiful french doors from California Showcase and I could not be happier with the quality and the outstanding service. These doors were hard to find but California Showcase had them custom made to my needs. They were a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I have NEVER thought I payed too much now that I have seen the quality, how long they last, how well they last and the service they provide. I have had small issues with the door and never once had to pay for anything to be fixed or replaced. I would recommend this company to everyone and cannot stress enough the professionalism and great customer service that is so hard to find. As far as I am concerned a five star rating is not high enough!!!! THANK YOU California Showcase!!! Charlie Welters

We had last two of our windows replaced. The guys that did the work work very professional, respectful and wore COVID masks. They showed up at the time that they said, went right to work. Explained any questions about the new windows, cleaned up and replaced the few things moved.
Up front, the Sales and Contact people were good people to work with and not pushy or miss leading
We are very pleased with the job done by California Showcase Construction.

Had them come out twice. The first time was for windows and the second time for my custom sliding door. Both times they came over, they were professional, on time, and they have a unique in-sync work ethic with each other, which makes things move along and displays fantastic teamwork.

So Brian was great when he came out! The worker's were good but twords the end of the job it just seemed like they were over it. My husband had to go buy wood for framing that we were under the impression would be supplied for us. If we had know that they would be putting smooth pieces and the original pieces have texture. They did ask if we wanted texture but we felt like the guy in charge just didn't want to hassle with more work.. If we knew we'd have to pay for it we would have prepared to get enough for the whole house. The day of installation I spent the afternoon wiping dirty hand prints off the walls throughout the house. Then we requested a paint estimate since the frames now look like crap. Then we never got a call for that estimate. The windows are great but I guess I expected more based on how Brian explained everything. We will be looking for another company to paint the house. Joey one of the worker's really went above and beyond with care and concern for the house. That guy knows customer service.

Why are you sending your salesmen out to do door-to-door sales when everyone should be quarantining themselves due to the Corona Virus?! I have told your company multiple times I am not interested in your products. Stop coming to my house! The answer will always be NO! I am especially appalled that you would allow your salesmen to continue to solicit sales during this time! He started his spiel several feet away but proceeded to come closer and closer to my door. SMDH That's not how to train your employees!!

Another follow-up from last year. To summarize, I contracted for a paint job on my house and a back patio cover in Murrieta in 2012. I began to notice that the paint on the facia boards were peeling off all around the house. In April 2019, I was contacted by California Showcase and I showed them the problem. Initially I was met with reluctance, but they took pictures...many pictures...over and over again.

I offered to mitigate some of their losses as they would have to remove my back patio to complete the paint job. I told them that I wanted to expand the size of my back patio cover and wanted to put up rain gutters, which I felt would better protect the east facing sections.

I was contacted by California Showcase in June and again they came out and took more pictures. They quoted a price, indicating that I would need a building inspection from the city, citing that I would have to pay $348 for the fee and another $200 for processing. Then I was told that I would have to pay for my own ceiling fan, but they would install. Another $200 and I continued to wait. I was told that the contract would be sent right away.

In December, a crew came out and painted the facia boards on my house. Amazing job!!! Very satisfied. Another crew came out and installed the back patio. Looks good. I saw Angela, who gave me the documents for the building inspection, telling me that I could just schedule the appointment with the City for the inspector to come out. Another crew came out and installed part of the rain gutters. When questioned about the remainder that needed gutters, I was told by the worker that he wasn't supposed to do that part.

Angela has called me twice since then regarding balance of payment. I told her that I would be happy to pay balance when job is done. Two days ago, someone from the company called me to find out when I was to pay the balance. I told her I was prepared to proceed, but wanted to talk to the owner, Brian.

Here's where I am right now. Crazy spot. I don't know why it has taken almost a year for a simple two week job. And then, in spite of my efforts to work with these people, I end up with miserable results. Perhaps Brian can help me understand this crazy situation.

Two years later we are finally getting our windows installed but not by California showcase. I can't believe we are getting top of the line windows installed with all the same guarantees and warranties that California showcase windows has as well but for less than half the price. There was no way I was going to pay 21K for 17 windows.

I just want to thank the employee who showed his true colors before we allowed this company to do work on our home. I feel so blessed we did not work with a company that hires such rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people. THANK YOU!!!!

We had California Showcase install our windows last year and were so happy with the experience, we had them install our patio cover 2 weeks ago. As a plumbing contractor myself for over 15 years I know the good guys when I see them. Our salesperson Josh and the entire crew did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The sales people for this company are quite shady. I mistakenly gave them my number when we fist purchased our home for a quote for a pergola. They kept calling and calling and I asked if I could get a ballpark figure for what they run - simple 40'x10'. They should have basic pricing range...oh no the schedulers cannot assist and when you ask for a sales person to call you they want a 3 hour appointment as they need to see it in person... Months passed after I asked them to stop calling.. Now they have the names of all of us on title.. and ask for each. I called today and asked them to stop this harassing behavior. Reading other reviews I see this is how they operate. I would not trust these people.
