I go to the Belmont location, and the customer service here is wonderful. They really go the extra mile to help and make sure everything is in order. I really appreciate the help I got loading materials into my car, and the extra care provided to protect my car interior. Very courteous and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend working with them for any of your roofing needs.

Sue, the front office manager is a cold, unfriendly, unhelpful person whose demeanor will chase you out the door. Going in for a question she refused to provide any assistance, telling me to call a licensed contractor, nor would she refer me to someone who knew what they were talking about. One would think that in these economic times staff would do what they could to gain business. Ended up going to ALL Roofing in Livermore and was treated very well. They were understanding, bending over backward to help me and they earned my business, which will evolve into a full roofing job in a a year. California Shingle lost my business and anyone else I know who might be looking for roofing assistance.
