Well here I am 14 year's after having this company replace my roof, first they covered over my furnace vent I was told that the inspector missed it! If I was an old lady never on a roof I would never have found it, they did fix it but wanted me to pay for the repair, now 14 year's and after all this great rain we are getting the roof is leaking so bad it has to be replaced my bathroom ceiling is blistering from the water and the sheetrock needs to be replaced. I usually never leave reviews but I have to warn you DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Dan of California Roof Savers just completed another excellent preservation of our deck, stairs and railings. They pressure washed everything before applying the redwood stain/preservative (even washed the adjoining concrete walkway). They are on time, pay attention to detail, and leave everything clean and looking like new. I highly recommend them.

I can not recommend this contractor. Work was done in 2017. Siding replaced but is buckling after the rain this year. Dan came out but denied he had replaced that panel left saying he would talk with his foreman. I fortunately had pictures of the work in progress to prove my point. At the time of completion I pointed out the paint had not been completed. Trim is painted on face only. He said too bad, that is the way it was done. Power wash damaged the interior of my home. Today I had the windows washed professionally and discovered the front panels of glass are damaged due to chemical used by power wash that etched the glass with drips. Father and son contracted to do the job but only son ran the job. He was not on site most of the time. Crew worked diligently but had no supervision and were inexperienced. I am disappointed in the work and the additional expense over the original bid was substantial.

I am VERY happy with the work that was done. Dave and his crew put a beautiful new roof on my garage. The price was very reasonable and the work very professional.

We just had Dave and his crew (Forman, Jessie) re roof our multi level home. The crew showed up on the day promised 2 months prior. The crew removed all the concrete tiles and installed plywood and felt on the first day. Being a contractor myself for over 30 years, I know when a crew works well and this crew worked extremely well. Day two started much the same. We were expecting some rain so Dave had more installers arrive. We had chosen the Presidential shingles which take more time to install. By the end of the day the complete roof was shingled and ready for rain. On day three the gutters and down spouts were installed. I also want to mention that all shingles were nailed with 5 nails per. This exceeds standards. Paint was applied where needed and clean up was done. I have nothing but great thoughts about this company. It's a great feeling to know that there are contractors that do what they promise and in our case more.

California Roof Savers just replaced our roof here in Terra Linda, quickly and efficiently, in two days. Their workmanship is perfect. The roof looks great, and Dave made a point to make sure that all details were completed. Highly recommended.

Dave and his crew up in Petaluma is one thing, but others are using his license to do roofs in other areas and may not be up to his standards. One that I had do my roof a couple of years back in Foster City, got his license revoked - and now is back under CA Roof Savers license. State license board condones this kind of deceit. Do your homework.

Dave and his son Daniel repainted our house (3 stories) and refinished two large decks. They were meticulous and efficient and were able to make necessary minor repairs during the work. The outcome is awesome!!

We have worked with Dave to replace the roof on my company's building, my brothers house and just recently on my property (3 buildings). Each and every time the job was meticulously done, done within budget and left the property spotless. I can highly recommend them for for any roofing needs.

My roof was just replaced!! My previous roof was a natural cedar shake (my brother, a retired roofer did the job, years ago) and the new roof is a composite shingle. It looks beautiful and it's exactly the color that we requested. There was team of 9 people who showed up promptly at 0800 and the roof was completed at 1630 (4:30 PM for you non-military folks). Everything was cleaned up and the entire process was explained as to what they did. The shingles were nailed down with 5 nails to support severe weather (even though the Bay Area doesn't normally have that problem) and they discovered and repaired (with my permission) the dry rot. They primed the repair with primer. My home needs painting so no big deal..but us homeowners are responsible for the paint job on repairs. The owner of the company went downtown to secure the permit and spent 2 hours dealing with a head ache because the owner passed away and it's not in my name yet (my fault)...and the roofing company did not charge me for the 'extra' time that they spent downtown. Now the real big deal is that it's February and I originally planned on having the roof done last November but we had several days of rain and that backs up all of the schedules of roofers and those on the list waiting to do roofs. Plus, a roofer needs to be save and stay off of a slippery wet roof...and then there were the holidays...so we had a little delay. So no big deal right? Well this company came to my home and patched up 30 to 50 spots where leaks could occur before the big rains in November and they did not receive any monies for that....to me that is professionalism. I am a tough person to get a hold of and the owner was kind enough to agree to communicate via text when I could not speak on the phone and he held to his word. The work doesn't stop here; any problem in the future with the roof...I'm told, just call me and don't put it off. I get that. This is a small company that does what they say that they will do and doesn't rip you off financially. I'm impressed. I can say, I have a roofer.
