Our project leader Mike and his roofing team did an amazing job on our single story cement tile replay! Mike was great in communication with us, attentive to any concerns or requests we had, cared for our home like it was his own, and went above and beyond the call of duty to help. The roof looks amazing, we found no moisture anywhere in the house after the first heavy rain, and have no concerns about leaks in the future. May was very helpful and attentive in office communication, and made the experience an added pleasure. Lastly, the rain gutter connection provided by California roof savers were very knowledgeable, performing high quality work, with our water drainage more efficiently than before. My husband and I are very, very pleased with California roof savers job. Thank you for the great work, and competitive pricing.

Thrilled with the professionalism from Mike and his team.

We had severe water damage from a storm last December. The water pooled and our guest bathroom completely caved in. It was such a mess and it continued to rain for two days afterwards.

Mike sent his team to rapidly tent off the damaged section and what impressed us the most is that he offered to do this before even giving me a quote for the repairs and with no obligation to use his company. We were in a tough spot and he didn't take advantage of us.

Professional, affordable and his crew was on time. Left the work space clean after the repairs. He walked us through every step of the process to make sure we knew all our options. The roof hasn't leaked since.

I don't know if this company is still in business. I have placed calls to 714-771-7663 for two weeks now. When their number is dialed I get a recording that they are not reachable and my call is never returned. My termite company has also made many calls to them as well. No return calls. Their 800 number goes to a polling place, their website contact information refers to Charlottesville, VA and the phone number provided is disconnected. I am at a loss. I suppose they could be so busy they don't need any more work????

I have used CA Roof Savers multiple times. First, I hired them to steam clean my title roof and repaint it. A couple years later, I had them remove all the title, put new tar paper on the home as the original paper was over 20 years old and prepare the roof for solar panels. They did that an installed a ""cool roof"" system. I have been pleasantly impressed with their good work and great customer service each time. I will definitely use them again.

I had a new metal shingle roof by Dura-Loc installed 14 years ago. These shingles have become a nightmare for everyone. They were advertised with a 50 year warranty. Within 8 years the coating and ceramic granules were failing and falling off. Each time it rained this year I could scoop up about 4 cups of granules off of the ground. With a quick search you can see everyone is dealing with this problem. The manufacture went bankrupt and no longer exists. I called another metal roof manufacture and asked to talk to one of their engineers. He highly recommended Nick and the NXT Cool Zone with granules. I went with Nick and couldn't be happier. He communicated very well at all times of the day. Text, phone, email. 10+ pictures because I couldn't make up my mind on the color. He was very patient. It was a 3 day process of cleaning, priming, and 2 coats. They use plastic sheeting, masked off the roof and rain gutters and made sure their was no overspray. I'm once again happy with my roof.

I am changing my previous review to 5 stars as Nick went out of his way to apologize for the poor customer service from his crewmen. He kindly asked if I could consider changing my review and explained how it would hurt his business. After I made the complaint about the first crew, Nick immediately switched people out and also brought over a fruit basket. Unlike other companies who could care less what you think, or threaten to have you change your review, Nick was professional and made sure I would be a happy customer

This review is based upon my interactions to date with the intention of updating this review once the work has been completed.

My experience with CA Roof Savers has been very positive, thus far. I was looking to get some quotes for a lift and relay. I called about 7 companies. One Company answered the phone and asked if they could call me back in 30 minutes. I actually waited till the next day and never heard back from them; I waited a few more days and then try to reach them again by phone. Apparently, there was some issue because their voicemail was completely full and I never heard back from them again.

Another company said they were booked for three months, but would come out and give me a quote ""on Tuesday afternoon about 2pm"". They never showed up and never called, as was the case with several other roofers I had called (I had left numerous voicemails and email messages and heard nothing).

CA Roof Savers immediately gained my respect, as they called back in a few minutes. I spoke with a kind lady who told me she would forward my information to the roofer. To tell the truth, because of my experience up to that point, I wasn't expecting to get a phone call back; however, Nick called me in just a few minutes. I explained to him what I was looking to have done, and he immediately was all to give me a per sq ft cost estimate (for 3 different options) along with the approximate square footage of my roof.

After talking with my husband, I called Nick back to get some more clarification. He was very patient and again explained the different options to me. Eventually, my husband and I decided to move ahead with CA Roof Savers largely due to their attentiveness, even calling to follow up to ensure our job wouldn't be scheduled too far out.

Upon receiving the contract, I had several questions. I was reluctant to bother Nick again with more questions, but wanted my questions answered. I sent Nick an email and again he was very polite and accommodating. We recently signed a contract, and I am looking forward to the job being completed. Once completed, I will update this review. I don't anticipate any problems if how I have been treated up to this point is any indication of what I am to expect in the future.

Our roof is now complete and I am very pleased with CA Roof Savers. The crew that worked on my roof was very professional, polite, and neat. At the end of each day, they made sure to leave our place looking at least as good as it was when they arrived, if not better. The foreman, José, did a nice job of explaining exactly what they did and went above and beyond what I expected. In addition to doing the lift and relay on our roof, they also repaired the wood rot on our home. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity, two qualities that I often find missing when dealing with various companies these days. So, if you are looking for roofers, you can stop looking now!

Prior to my wife and I purchasing a new home we had a home inspection done. We were told by the home inspector that there were 20-30 broken tiles on the roof, located in various places around the roof. He suggested getting the broken tiles replaced.

I called California Roof Savers and scheduled a time for them to do an inspection so I could get an accurate quote. Chris came out, and I told him what the inspector had said. I explained I would have the work done in October because I was having a roof mounted pool solar heating system installed, and then we would be out of town for a few weeks. He went up on the roof and took pictures. He initially suggested taking all the tile down on one side, laying new roof paper underneath, and relaying the tile at an expense of $5000. I informed him I only wanted to replace the cracked tiles. He relented, and sent me a quote by email within a couple days. The price for the work was quoted as $1195.

Upon return to our home I called Chris to have the work scheduled and he informed that there would be a 15% increase. When I asked why he simply stated their prices had increased. I asked again if he would still honor the original quote and he said no I had received the quote from him on August 10th, and called him on October 9th, a difference of 60 days. The 15% increase would be an additional $179.25, bring the price up to $1374.25.

I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Kevin Curry and California Roof Savers. I found them by poking around Google and Yelp and reading their reviews. I did some research on them and their process, and was impressed by their approach to rescuing homeowners' roofs. The concept of ""restoration"" as opposed to replacement is very kind to the budget.

Kevin was very prompt and informative over the phone, and quickly answered all of my many inquisitive e-mails.. He left me with absolutely no doubt that they would be getting our business.

We were stressing out over the predicted record-setting El Nino this year, as we had major leaks pretty much everywhere and were expecting major repairs. While other companies could easily have gouged us for repairs that were not necessary (since we were available to watch their every move), CRS only replaced the one sheet of plywood that really needed it, along with about 15 feet of fascia. Considering the amount of leakage we had, I expected much worse. Kevin's crew only took 6 1/2 days for the whole job (2,300 square feet). It may have been a day or so shorter, but the crew was up there in 103+ heat, so they worked slightly shorter days, which was completely understandable and acceptable.

We went with the ""Cool Roof"" system, as the benefits are well-documented by many university and laboratory tests, and the extra cost is surprisingly minimal (I even had to verify with Kevin the quoted price was for the total, not the ""upcharge"") I would also highly recommend the O'Hagin vents (if they will work in your application) as their low-profile renders them nearly invisible and they are very reasonably priced. Along with their ""stock"" Cool Roof colors, they can also custom-match any Sherwin-Williams color.

I will definitely recommend CRS to my neighbors and anyone else who may inquire.

Bring it on, El Nino, we're ready.
