During the last rainfall we discovered one of our windows was leaking a substantial amount of water into our home. Called Joel, the owner, and explained our problem. He came out the next morning and inspected the window and roof. The roof is in good shape, but the flashing and some termite damage was causing the water to come in through the window rather than properly draining away from the house. Joel has many years of experience and it was evident. Our issue was a little confusing but he had no problem diagnosing and repairing it quickly. He is honest, fair and very easy to talk to. We would highly recommend California Roof Life and Joel when you need work done on your roof or a new roof installed.
