California Roof Experts did an outstanding job on my parent's roof. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Arturo, Hector and the team of hard-working people who built our roof.
From the start Arturo was AMAZING. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered the many questions that I had. He was very responsive to any follow up questions or concerns I had and a pleasure to work with.
The estimate was straightforward, and he explained exactly what work was going to be completed in a way that was easy to understand. He gave us a good price for all of the fantastic work they did.
California Roof Experts were quick to tear down and install our new roof. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and left the area very clean. I am completely happy with their professionalism and work.
I also need to add that Arturo went above and beyond with our roof to make sure my Mom was happy and it worked because we LOVE the roof! I highly recommend California Roof Experts for any of your roofing needs.

Amazing, if there were more stars, I would give them. Arturo was very well organized, very knowledgeable and arranged everything for my brand new roof. It was a group effort, and somehow my roof got done in one day, whoa . it looks fabulous. I am so happy. California Roof Experts are the best! My roof had a leak and I needed someone to repair it. Upon reviewing the feedback from other Yelp reviewers, I decided to go with California Roof Experts. I gave them a call and after speaking with them, we arranged for them to come out and give a free estimate.

They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and accessed our roof through the front of the house. After 25 minutes I was informed they were done and provided me pictures. They informed me that they would need to remove appx 40 tiles and lay down a new protective layer. After discussing this and the price, I felt that this was the correct course forward and arranged for them to come out and make the repair. Within the week they came out and repaired the problem.

Now, only time will tell if the problem is fixed. However, what I can say for sure, is that everyone I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgable and built confidence in their abilities through their well articulated explanation of the problems and suggested repairs. In addition, they arrived during the time frames given, communicated with me throughout the entire process and cleaned up after the job was completed.

I cannot thank them enough for their efforts! While only time will tell if the work done was successful, I fully expect that this job was completed successfully if their efforts thus far are any indication of their quality of work.

We needed a roof 'tune-up' on our nearly 30 year old tile roof. We didn't have any leaks, wanted to be proactive. We called for an estimate and they responded promptly. The estimate was based on a very thorough review. They went up on the roof and took a lot of pictures. We were a bit slow in responding due to some health issues. When we got back to them, very fast response. They arrived on site at the promised time and did a very thorough job, replacing about 35 broken and aged tiles.
It only took around 3 hours for the whole job. Very professional, and very fair price for the work that was done.
I'm looking forward to working with them again.

We came home from a vacation and noticed water spots on our ceiling.
I left messages with ten roofing contractor's from Redlands to Palm Desert.
None of them returned my call, text or email.

I searched for companies outside outside my area.
I liked California Roof Experts Website and reviews. I was delighted
with the comments from people who were impressed with
the customer service provided and roofing result.

I called CRE and Arturo answered his cell! Arturo educated me on
his family and business in Riverside. He scheduled Diego to perform
a roof inspection within a week. Diego was prompt and professional.
He met with us and discussed the scope of the repair. He did remind
me that CRE is scheduled out 2 weeks.

We were concerned that with rain expected, we could
suffer more water damage. I contacted Arturo, who scheduled a
crew to cover our roof damage with plastic. That was another
example of great customer support.

Hector and his crew arrived 15 days later. Hector looked at our
interior damage and then supervised his crew on the roof overseeing
the repair. Hector reviewed the repair with us. His crew picked up
all their supplies and swept the driveway.

My husband and I are extremely happy with how professional
everyone was. California Roof Experts exceeded our expectations!

Replacement of broken tiles
My kitchen ceiling began to show signs of water damage. So I immediately called a plumber. Thinking I had issues with the pipes. Luckily that wasn't the case. Plumber suggested it could be the roof. So I turned to Yelp. I had 3 companies come out to give me an estimate. I must say only Arturo impressed my husband and I. He was able to do a same day estimate on a SUNDAY. He got on the roof not like the other 2 companies that came out with their clipboards at hand. Arturo took out his ladder got on our roof and within a minute found the issue broken tiles. He patched it up so that rain wouldn't come into the kitchen anymore. After a couple of days he checked in with us to see if any more water had leaked into the kitchen. At that moment we knew this was the company we had to hire. They are family owned truly a company you can trust and have great pricing. Customer service like no other they make you feel appreciated. When the day came to have our repair done we had the pleasure of meeting Hector one of Arturo's brothers. He too also, has excellent customer service skills. Which, clearly proves that this company is built on a foundation of serving their customers with nothing less than excellence. After the job was complete Arturo came by signed off on the contract and also, gave me pictures of the before and after of our repair. This company goes above and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied with the work that they do. We will definitely be recommending Arturo and his family for anyone who needs roofing replacement or repairs.

This is an excellent, family-owned and operated roofing business out of Riverside that you must contact if you have any roof concerns. My wife and I reached out to many roofers in the area for a leak over our garage, and many other businesses took way too long to respond or weren't interested in the job because they had a minimum cost for repairs. This was not the case with California Roof Experts. They were highly responsive to our inquiries, extremely professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. The estimates were straightforward, and they explained exactly what work was needed in a way that was easy to understand for those of us who know little about roofs. They provided before-and-after pictures of the work done, and the cost was very fair. They were even able to schedule us much earlier than estimated, which was a bonus. We even got to test out our new repairs because it rained a few days later, and I can confirm that there is not a single drop of water in the garage. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
